To be honest, this app doesn’t work that well
This morning, I got an email that I can view my invoice so I thought “Great!” I click the link and it brings me to a page where I go on the app. So I get on the app and click Invoice and the page literally brings me to nothing. A blank, white page. I’m thinking “well maybe I need to be on desktop not my iPhone go view the invoice.” But this happens all the time. You have to try to find workarounds to get basic stuff done on the app. It should be extremely seamless and user friendly and it’s not...

Update glitch?
Trying to book a desk at my home location and the app keeps informing me that my building has spaces when in fact, there are none left (verified on the member webpage). Not sure why there is an inconsistency between what the app displays as available and what (at least, I believe) are actually available for use. Throws a bit of a wrench in my plans.. but hoping this gets rectified soon!
