Contact Wego Flights Hotels Booking Support

The last time I used this App and booked my flight/s was about a year ago. It was really good to use at first. Its flight deals were competitive in the market. However, then I was experienced app errors/ a fraud action from booking a flight set to be at a different airport and in a different city than the city/airport I chose to take off from. So, I contacted Wego Staff/Support, explained my bad booking experience, and provided with booking document/s and photo evidence from Wego App showing the error/deceiving action that I was put in to get refunded. Unfortunately, the Support has not showed any understanding and customer care principles, and since then I have not been refunded.

At the begining its really easy and good , now its greedy and fruad When you book for a flight you think you get a good price , then when you start booking everything change you will notice an extra fee ! Thats fine its get worst when you pay they wil tell you the ticket is pending , now you will have to make alot of calling and wasting alot of time then they will tell you sorry the price has changed , pay extra to confirm the ticket!! OR wait for 5-7 working day for the refund !!

I hope you guys do some audit regarding the flight companies that you list in the app, I booked a flight from rehlat and they took the money instantly but they emailed me that it’s not confirmed and they’re stalling. unfortunately I saw their twitter account later and it’s full with replies regarding the same problem I’m facing. Clearly they are doing some act of fraud. Please remove them from your app.
