This is one of the easiest way to pay my bill, it takes seconds to log in, press the make a payment tab, all my info is already saved and I can add multiple ways to pay, and they don’t charge to use CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager!!

At first it was login that wouldn't work. Even though all the info was correct, I could never log into CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager but the website worked fine. Now when i try to pay my bill with CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager , there is always an error processing my payment. Same thing when i try to pay from the website. Whats worse is when I call and they say the service isn't working and to try again later! Get it together CPL!

Every time I pay my bill online it’s the easiest thing. Just login and press pay bill. It has my card saved. Login is easy.
I can also see exactly how much energy I used per month and how it compares to other months.

I'm still new at this. I like the information I can find in CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager, but my big problem is that I'm never able to pay thought CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager . There is always a problem when I try to pay. I wish they would fix that.

This is one of my favorite companies to deal with. They provide excellent service. Their representatives are always courteous & professional. I usually only have to make one phone call to resolve, if ever a problem, and it's taken care of right away.

It's really quick and convenient but the letters and numbers seem to over lap each other. Not sure why but maybe the font is to big.

I switched to CPL cuz TXU was too expensive. But CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager is crap compared to the TXU. This doesn’t show current usage, peak hours, usage of energy by category etc! The only useful thing is to pay my bill! It’s useless!!!

I've downloaded CPLRetailEnergyAccountManager multiple times and it never lets me log in, it tells me there's an error but my info is correct cause I can log in on the website. Pretty frustrating.

Needs a little work could be better and a lot more easier also would like to log in with just a 4 digit password.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It used work fine but now it never lets me log on. It says it can't validate my password, but it's fine logging in online. Please fix this problem.
