My Allē app is not working. I just have a black screen. I have deleted it and redownloaded it and still it does not work. Any suggestions?

I am unable to open my Alle app, It is just a black screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off my phone and nothing is working, I have the most recent update on it as well. NS
