Shapy: Workout for Women Reviews

The reason i’m giving Shapy only a four is because I really like it but the paying... i know that you need money to make Shapy work, but you have to pay for absolutely EVERYTHING! Maybe you could make a VIP thing so that people who don’t have money lying around can still use Shapy and the people who really want an enhanced experience can pay!

I hope you acknowledge this considering i’m not giving you a 1 star.

The workouts are simple yet hardcore. They have a beginners level and pro level depending on where you wanna be. I am at beginner because I think even beginner could help me by a lot. I got super skinny in 2 days. I used to have a muffin top and now you can hardly see it. If you just follow the steps then you can be very skinny.

Shapy HELPED ME LOOSE A TON OF WEIGHT, since some gyms are close I definitely recommend this as a home gym but like if you’re working at the gym and you just stop what’s the point of using Shapy when you’re at the gym I would definitely recommend this to do at home or at a friends house!

I just got Shapy, and they sent a notification saying, and I quote, “Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many people are avoiding gathering in large groups, which includes yoga studios and other fitness spaces. In order to help out, we are making all of our apps completely free until April 1. We hope that everyone will stay healthy and safe in these uncertain times.” Yet I go to use Shapy and I still can’t do any of the workouts unless I pay money. If you guys are trying to help out like y’all said then I highly suggest you update your app.

LISTEN. Y’all other apps always ask for money and that is always, ALWAYS why I delete them. You could at least let us do some of the workouts. I got all hyped over nothing. With all the calories that I could just burn in 20 minutes in Shapy , I got SO excited. But NO. You guys had to ask for money and stuff like that. It’s just buying Shapy and pretending it’s free. Y’all need to fix or update this. I hope somebody finds this so the person that sees this doesn’t waste their time with Shapy just because it wants money.

Idk why its asking for a review i just started but so far seems real easy to understand and of course u knew they needed a payment hopefully it will be worth it. I guess if i pay money for tv i can invest in my body right?

I really like Shapy because I’ve been trying to get the body I’ve always wanted and Shapy is here to help me and I’m glad that I found it I recommend Shapy 100%. It’s a very helpful app for me and I finally found an app that could help me get the body I want.

Shapy offers a personalized workout plan and gives plenty of amazing healthy meals!! Shapy asks you what you want to work on with your body, and gives you a precise time that it will happen! Apparently I’ll have a bikini body in 28 days! Woo hoo!!

Shapy has helped me so much and has given me the courage to actually exercise and now i can do what ever and the foods and recipes it gives me actually tastes super good. would recommend for anyone who is over weights

Love Shapy I am trying to get fit and the abs workout is perfect for me love it so much! Would for sure recommend for people trying to get fit!! Burns fat in 1 workout!

It needs music and someone talking to push you through the workouts, if it has those two things, Shapy would be perfect.

I used Shapy for about a year. I paid a small monthly subscription that was worth it for me. Then Shapy is revamped and anything I try to do takes me to a subscription page. I tap “restore purchases” and it tells me nothing to restore, but I verified on my iPhone that I have a subscription. I emailed support and got no answer. With so many options out there for exercise apps, don’t waste your time on this one.

When I first got Shapy I seen improvement right away Shapy is really good because it’s free and easy access you don’t even have to sign up Shapy is amazing

So easy to use. I can listen to my Apple playlist or Pandora and Shapy still gives cues and shows video guidance. It’s perfect for what I need!! Highly recommend!

It was an amazing program it is totally worth working for. It helped me reach my goals to workout every day and get fit

This is the best app in the world! I love love love it!And you don’t have to pay to use Shapy (unlike others) I love how Shapy is free and I get to work out when ever I want! 5 stars for sure!

I saw Shapy on Tiktok so I decided to give it a try and I was pleased to find out that premium wasn’t for The whole app and that I could still do exercises with Shapy

I am so ready to have a flat stomach like you guys I am working out real hard and I’m looking forward to cook for breakfast

Although it’s for women, but let me tell you it’s “He fit” for me. Love it, after trying all kind of apps, I’ve been sticking to this one, and it works well. Perhaps I like the girl :)

Everything is free. The one struggle that I have with workout apps is it makes you pay for premium workouts. It includes meals and amazing workouts. Best Fitness app I’ve ever downloaded.

I've lost 5 pounds in one week just from using Shapy 35 min every night! Lots of muscle definition came with the exercises, which have instructional videos.

This is a great app for those who are starting out a new regimen. I customized my workout and it has helped tremendously.

These exercises are convenient and very effective, it’s worth the subscription fee.

I started out using the original app geared towards men. I saw the female version and figured I'd give it a try. Wasted my money. Only had a fraction of what you'll find on the other app, Fitness & Bodybuilding.

I'm very young, teenage years and wanted to focus on eating healthy and getting stronger, Shapy is perfect for that
