The new app is a GAMECHANGER!!!
These days it’s pretty rare that new tech actually changes my day to day work in any meaningful way but the new this app app has changed the way I work for the better! Especially for iPhone users it’s a whole new world. When I work remotely everything is faster. When I’m in the office, the ability to easily dictate notes has me turning to my phone out of convenience even with two monitors in front of me. Not only has it saved me time but it has also saved my paralegals time as I am not texting them from the road asking them to look up things for me. If I take a call on my way to hearing logging my activity takes just moments on this app instead of waiting till I got back to the office. This new app represents one of those rare but wonderful examples of a company actually listening to their customers and redesigning with the customers needs and wants at the forefront.

Responsive Support
A month ago I submitted to the support team a comment concerning the adding and editing of contact information in the newest version of the app. Not only did they follow up by email to gather more information, but they informed me of plans to provide much of the functionality that I requested. As of now, the app allows me to add and update contact information on the fly so that I am able to be more efficient and effective can avoid the necessity of taking notes that can be lost.

This app keeps getting better all the time. The new version is a huge improvement over the previous one, and I thought that one was great too. Looking forward to some of the new features that are on the app’s improvement list too. this app has definitely simplified my life and enhanced my law practice.
