Good app
Wsi makes this app for a bunch of news weather channel that's why it looks like channel 3 layout they didnt copy them if u look there's other stations that uses wsi app. Maybe this will clear it up on the copy issue lol

Amazing
What can I say?! This is by far the best weather app around in my opinion. The radar is up to the minute! Weather warning are prompt and accurate as well. Kudos to you News Channel 9!
