Simply the Best!

I have several cities that I watch and they're all set as locations withing Saf-T-Net. The minute any one of them has any kind of storm notice issued and/or lightning is detected I get a notice on my iPhone. No other apps are quite as responsive it seems because I've tried MANY weather apps. This one is different and I like it the best. I would like to be able to SMS or MMS some of the notices I see to a iPhone contact but it won't put the NWS wording into a message. It still deserves 5 stars because of its ultra-rapid notifications. Try it and you will be DELIGHTED. I would purchase this app if it ever offers the option; it is currently free. Baron is "ahead of the pack!"

Life saving app!

For those searching for a reliable, location-specific source on severe weather, this is it! All of my friends and family now have this app because of its extremely accurate, dependable alerts. Just this week, it saved my parents and their neighbors from a devastating tornado that hit Limestone County. The local sirens started going off when the the tornado was already on the ground, but Alabama SAF-T-Net alerted them before the storm approached. They had enough time to alert their neighbors and take safety in a storm shelter before the homes they just evacuated were hit. This app has saved lives, and it could one day save yours.

New UI needs some work

Locations that I had set up are gone :( Also, why can't I delete locations any more? Home page seems useless, why not land on currents / forecast and save users an extra click?
