It has improved! Congratulations!!
After reading all the reviews I was skeptical about getting the app, but I tried it anyway and I am satisfied with it. I visited four cities in Colombia and used the app with all my checking-ins. The only problem was adding the tickets to my wallet. Still getting the tickets at the airport was fast. Also their services have improved greatly. I do recommend this app. Good fares.

Excelente customer service. My experience with this app is always great! I can read many bad reviews complaint about the app it doesn’t matter. For me I cannot find a better airline to fly to Colombia! And the app works. No problem at all.
