Internet speeds continue to climb, so that in developed countries, performance is outstanding (for example: for those with a 200 megabit connection, Parallel Plus displays a new chapter in 1/3 second). In some developing countries, the Internet is much slower at present yet that gap will close over the next several years. Parallel is a big plus for bible study! Thank You!
I have tried using other parallel; bible applications and this is by far the most helpful tp study bible passages and easily search ang look at so many versions. The most I could really find on pother apps is 2 without much resources behind it. You can even look up the Hebrew and Greek behind the passages. So many various tools and so easy to use with readable multiple versions, even on an iPhone (by inverting the screen). I am so very thankful for this app. It has moved my study to much deeper levels!I It is like having an entire large library of bible resources right in your phone and so easy to access. One other favorite app has a lot of resources, but so difficult to access.

Learning to use Parallel Plus
I have just gotten Parallel Plus and love it! I’m still learning all of it’s features which are really helpful. I really like the ability to touch a word you aren’t sure you understand and it gives you lots of information about the translation and other info. Being able to read a verse or two in several translations give you a better understanding of what the writer is trying to convey. I wish I could convert the a Greek to capital letters rather than lower case (and maybe you can but I don’t know how) because I understand a little a Greek but learned using all caps. Parallel Plus is a great learning tool for serious Bible study.

As a student of the scriptures I have been very happy to have found this app. The variety and depth of information that this app provides at a fingertips touch is terrific and it is my sincere hope that they continue to expand on this fine work. If you offered 6 stars in a rating, this app is worthy of that rating. The convenience of being able to read more than one version at a time and being able to use the lexicons at a touch of a finger allows for and a richer experience into every visit into the scriptures. This app has made this valuable work available to anyone with a smart device and all in my family use it.
