Responsive .. very, very responsive.
The system to obtain appointments, test results, and all manner of interactions is Excellent. One needs To familiarize oneself to the On-line website. If not possible, the phone is excellent. I’m 73 and have no problem with their clear website. Please note - there are simple ways to send a direct note to your Doctor. Just ask how If unclear. Very nice and helpful employes.

No problem
I’m surprised at all of the complaints about how the app works. Apparently I’m lucky enough to not have had any issues. And maybe it’s been fixed. I’ve seen improvements over time like the recent addition of access to letters, like the referral letter I received for outside care. In sum, the app works well for me and gets better.

Finally!
I switch to Kaiser this year and could not be more happy! I have the best doctor I’ve ever had! When I used to have to go to the ER in another hospital it was at least a 12 hour wait even when having seizures. I have never waited more than two hours in the ER at Kaiser. Fantastic!!
