Horrible step backwards in the UI

Now as lousy a UI as Lieferando, which I never used because of the UI.

Besides that: still no decent way of tipping, but ridiculous options to leave charitable donations (Hint: if I want to give to donate to charity, I’m going to do it without ordering pizza, sushi, kebab, etc.)

No dark mode, like I want to be blinded by a glaring UI at 2:30am, or what? You’re afraid I’m not staying awake until the order arrives, and you think you need to shock me with BRIGHTNESS?

This new version is just worse in EVERY ASPECT imaginable. I tried to find ANYTHING that I thought was better than before: NOTHING.

Order tracking is a disaster, too.

Order history is missing.

What, were you taken over by Lieferando, or what?

If you’re as bad as them, I’ll switch to the “original bad”, instead of sticking with the “I’m going out of my way to become as bad as them”.

App holds customer responsible for failures of delivery person

If the delivery person never shows up (ie steals your food) Mjam holds the paying customer responsible for this theft. In other words, you just have to hope you have an honest delivery person or you just bought someone food you will never receive. And customer service on foodoraATorderfood is rude and unhelpful. You have to dispute the charges with your credit card. I deleted foodoraATorderfood due to this poor customer service.

Be careful, can charge your account twice and customer service is extremely slow.

I placed an order the beginning of November and was charged twice. I emailed Mjam and was told it would take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) to process a reimbursement, and if the reimbursement didn’t go through or was rejected to message them again. Still waiting for my money back despite three emails and two live chats. Save your money and go elsewhere...

Service is fine; App is okay

Food and services are fine and largely depends on the driver/restaurant.

foodoraATorderfood UX is okay but could be better (e.g. swipe-to-back does not work)

Can’t tip riders with existing payment methods (or even PayPal at all).

Buggy app, failed delivery and no refund

Problems in foodoraATorderfood made it choose the wrong apartment number and phone number , and bugs in the customer service chat function didn’t allow me to correct it. The delivery rider wasn’t able to find me, and they failed to deliver it. Customer service refused to refund the money.

By

Poor user interface

You can select language but it does not trickle down to menu or customer service. Very web 1.0

By

Terrible Customer Service

App is glitchy: I told customer service through email and their response was "oh we will let our information team handle it". Still no improvement to foodoraATorderfood . Use Lieferservice instead.

Updated version baaaaaad

With the last update I lost all my previous orders data and I cannot copy, also the navigation seems now more complicated.

This app is a fraud

I didn’t receive my order and they didn’t even refund my money or answer me about it! It’s just disgusting! 23 euros lost and thanks god I didn’t order something more expensive!
F...g frauds!

Bad costumer service in Vienna

Orders take forever to arrive, fast food isn’t so fast anymore, costumer service is extremely bad, the only reason I use foodoraATorderfood is because Uber eats and Foodora no longer operates in Vienna.

By

Poor

foodoraATorderfood refuses to deliver a restaurants food to me claiming that the restaurant didn’t deliver to my address but allowed my friend to have food delivered. We reside at the same address.

By

Mjam should read it.

Worn-out and dirty cars of all colors and brands of the previous century.
Dirty delivery bags.
Some guys are super. Some are not tidy.
I live in Vienna 22th district.
