- Latest update is broken
- Can’t get an electronic boarding pass
- App kept timing out when searching for flights
- App would take a long time to refresh when I unclicked “same as billing address”
- After I had put in all of my credit card information and clicked the link to pay, it just kept bringing me back to the credit card entry page
- Didn’t assign us seats together even though we bought tickets together
- Had to manually type in incorrect information, in order for the system to acknowledge my reservation

The last email I received from you people was November 2020 I have been trying to redo the JetBlue app but it gives my email is PMD Nichol 50 @iCloud and I do not use that email I only use the Comcast.Net I have been trying unsuccessfully
Manage trips won’t load During online chat responses can’t be seen

Cannot use Manage Trip for anything- website or app. Need to accept itinerary change. It’s been a month. WTH is wrong with their IT??

I removed the app when I had low battery once. The app disappeared as one would expect. When I tried to download it again - I only have the option to open it. I cannot get the app icon back on my phone. Can you help?

Unable to manage trips for several weeks. App keeps saying to call instead but average hold time is 2 hours. And the people you eventually reach have limited knowledge and often are very impatient

The Manage Trips function both in the app and on the website hasn't worked for months.
The manage flights is not working we repeatedly get an error message that says to call jet blue. There us no pick up or even hold it just says all representatives are busy and disconnects. This is a disgrace we are stranded trying to change our booking.
