Excellent Customer Service from App Developer
All is good in the land of Entertainment Weekly because of the developer making several attempts to resolve my problems. The last attempt work, and I can now read the digital downloads. The following is my original review: “Like others,I cannot download issues. Frustrating and a waste of time trying to access the digital issues.”

All is good now
Finally, the latest news feed is back. So, 1. I was able to log on with no issues - 1 star 2. I was able to download and read all issues - 2 stars 3. I am now able to read latest news - 3 stars 4. I am beginning to get used to the new UIs and navigations, still find the Explorer feature annoying - 3.5 stars 5. Customer Service when called is somewhat helpful - 4 stars. 6. Whoever from EW reading the reviews and actually listen and actually help the users is excellent - 5 stars Thank you for updating and upgrading the app to its full potential.

Less enjoyable
One of my favorite features of this app was that I could download issues and read them on a plane. Now you have to be connected to the internet to access content, so you can no longer do this. :(
