System works well and customer assistance is helpful. If I could change one thing, I’d rearrange VideoSurveillanceIvideon menu because I always accidentally navigate to the “Groups” or “Layout” items which are unhelpful to me as I only have one camera.

The camera is glitchy when trying to set it up-which happens with setup after power dips. It can’t “see” the internet. Snagging wi-fi can take very long. It searches until you give up and have to start over. The camera doesn’t catch all activity. It’s impossible to know what it will record or won’t. It often over-heats. Picture quality is good. It never plays the video in the larger screen, only in the event list. Better than Wyze that charges you to use features that come with the camera. And Wyze uses your email to annoy you with endless ads and sales pitches for other products.

Bought my camera in December 2020. It stopped working in March. The helpline was unable to fix it. Emailed me a preprinted UPS label. Returned it and they shipped another one. Company stood behind their service 100%. Will do business with ivideon and recommend it.

The only two minor issues, (1) the instructions on the first camera said to use oco app. Which does not work. Had to calm helpline who guided me

(2) Unable to share the feed through VideoSurveillanceIvideon . Says generic error.

I installed two Oco Bullet cams around the property and opted for the paid subscription for both. Since the wireless feature wasn't reliable, I ran long Ethernet cables through the attic directly to our WiFi router. VideoSurveillanceIvideon worked pretty well in the beginning but lately I haven't been receiving text notifications no matter which sensitivity setting I'm on. I can access the short video clips if I log on, but I'm not receiving the push notifications which is the whole point of having these cameras. I've tried deleting and reinstalling VideoSurveillanceIvideon on my iPhone and iPad to no avail. I'll try account support but it shouldn't be this iffy.

I own 3 OCO cameras. I would like to say they perform beautifully, but they don’t. They routinely overheat. The red light flashes for no reason and video feed stops. Night vision comes on during the day. Sitting 5 feet from the router and despite a very strong signal, they struggle to find my wi-fi. I sit with one of the three every day, erase the camera, reconnect the camera and maybe I get six hours without a problem. I wave to these glitzy cameras in their field of vision and wait for the motion alert to come. It rarely does. How much else happens on my property that I don’t see because of this defective product line? None of the three I own consistently see motion. I won’t buy another OCO.

Nice product for people like myself without a NVR for my network cameras. I set it up to save to a auxiliary hard drive that’s plugged into my computer so the files aren’t save directly to the computer. The options I’m sure are more than I am using but in the week I have been using it, love that now my cameras files are being recorded to a portable hard drive when motion is detected.

I had an issue where the camera would not connect. After several attempts at trying guiding me through a fix, they connected to my computer and had it fixed within minutes. I even received an email from the founder and CEO asking if the problem was solved to my satisfaction.

So far, the camera has been well worth the money. Easy install set up, and very clear picture. Next step is to subscribe to the cloud storage. For now, the notifications and movement pictures are doing the job. Recommend to others looking for a reasonable security camera.

You can't go wrong with VideoSurveillanceIvideon. I'm using it on my computer with two webcams. It's absolutely perfect, amazing, awesome!!!

If you're having doubts whether to buy this or not. Have no doubts, VideoSurveillanceIvideon is not a waste of money! It's worth every single penny and you won't regret it.

that I’d like updated. Basically when being notified it would be nice if motion was a different color tag so you’re aware of the notification separate from sound detected. It’s just a separate identifier. Keep me posted as this would be ideal.

Flawed camera. I brought the camera to see who enters my apartment while I am gone. The camera works sometime and other times it doesn't. There is a 1-3 min delay before it updates the live feed when the scene changes,(I stood in front of the camera over 2 mins, It did not show me in the live feed) also, most-time the live feed time is behind the actual real time. This happen on my smartphone and my (tablet video surveillance app). I will be buying a different camera.

Long loading times throughout VideoSurveillanceIvideon and lack of information on the timing between notification events.

It needs to have a detector testing function, where it waits for the next motion and notifies when it detects it.

Also would be great if we could toggle "camera on" notifications which can get spammy if integrated with a third party controller.

My mother and I tested it. This doesn’t catch people walking fast. My mother moved her car and it looked as though her car moved itself. Someone has been coming into our yard and damaging things, and this surveillance service hasn’t been catching them in the act. We have cameras pretty much everywhere, showing most of the yard — A flower pot looked as if it broke itself. The person should have showed up. We are so mad.

Had a hard time setting up because camera has to be within 15 feet of router. Once I moved the camera it worked fine. Good job

I love being able to take a couple of old smartphones and turn them in to surveillance I can see from anywhere. VideoSurveillanceIvideon is great for security on a budget

The Oco camera is very good but the cloud support thru Ivideon is pretty awful. A lot of functions are not available or don't work unless you buy expensive package. Archive clips are upside down when downloaded and take a long time to show up in the archive queue.
I'm hoping for a serious upgrade from them or I'll discontinue service when my paid term expires

Today is August 19, 2017 upgrade is absolutely fantastic. No longer do I have to refresh switches each time I want to use one. Plus they work much faster.

Still learning (5 days) but so far impressed. Setup was a breeze but no documentation on how they really work. Mostly a user problem I think, understanding the web delays and quirks of an online camera.

This a nice app but once in a while VideoSurveillanceIvideon and the cam will not respond with each other. This has nothing to do with the internet connection excuse I've tested it ( I have very fast internet and a strong connection).

The cameras are very easy to install and set up. Make my family and I feel safe knowing we have the system with recorded video surveillance.

This cam is a genius. Received it as described and it's working like wonders. I've been using it for the past two months in my garage just to alert me of any intruders since I've got a different brand in my living room and upstairs. I'll recommend this product to everyone wishing for a security camera.

I feel secure knowing that my two coo cameras keeps me totally aware of what’s going on in my apartment at all times. What’s amazingly cool and comforting is to know that no matter what time of the night or day I call if some problems should come up , someone is always there ready to assist, they are exceptionally patient and kind. I called 1 am, I call 3am and they always answer and if not which happen about twice over the 3 yrs I have my cameras, they call me back under 3 minutes. I doubt if there are other companies out there who is availability 24/7 , I might be wrong , never experienced this with any one else. God bless and thanks guys

I purchase the cameras two years ago. Sometimes you need to reset password on VideoSurveillanceIvideon , but overall good picture quality
