It’s far too difficult to reach a support contact. I wanted to reach out because something is missing in camera360. Pressing the facial lift body confirming button now only gives you a “lengthening/shortening leg” option. This can’t be right considering the various tools that are normally there. But there’s no help or support link/button in Camera360SelfieEditor that I can see. Only by coming here, selecting app support and being taken to
Another site are you able to see a contact us… and then you have to make out the email address. That’s much too cumbersome.

I thought it was good but I don’t really like how you have to pay for “VIP” it’s like Snapchat but for a ring light some time I just use my regular camera app for it if you. don’t have “VIP” then it gives you like three stickers which I don’t like say if I’m try to do a cute holiday picture/video I use the same one every time cause I’m not paying like $9 so all I’m saying is don’t really get it unless you get “VIP”.

So after I took a photo. It IMMEDIATElY asked me if Camera360SelfieEditor could have my location.

Why would you need my location if you're just taking photos?! And are you going to stalk me? Just my question is WHY DO YOU WANT MY LOCATION??!!

And also, this VIP thing is also pointless. You have to pay like $6.99 a month. The only thing the changes is you get more filters.

Its pointless to get this. Its just a camera app with filters. Like snapchat. And also, I have a Korean friend. The Korean filter looks NOTHING like them. Yes, I know not all Koreans look the same, just it doesn't look natural.

Honestly, none of the filters really look natural.

After updating to ios15, the side camera on the iPhone 11 Pro Max is inoperable for Camera360SelfieEditor. All the icons top and bottom are in the photo and you have to edit. When using selfie stick the button doesn’t work on the selfie stick anymore. None of these issues were there before the update.

But I don’t like Thet way they change colors of pictures

- snapped photo changes from what it looks like in the viewer
- please make the video linger or don’t put a time limit at all
- overall, still love it.

Trying to use the shaping thing like before but now looks is just only for legs

Camera360SelfieEditor is annoying me with the fact that when i video i cant flip the video to the other side, please fix this; other then that Camera360SelfieEditor is awesome.

Can you guys fix the body shaping ? It seems to not be working ☹️

I like the concept but the quality is really bad and laggy, im not sure why but the camera constantly lags and the quality is just not there. I feel like Camera360SelfieEditor has potential to be better than SNOW but it isn't there yet:/

Worth the money. Easier and faster to use than Photoshop

I’m not sure what or why, but it’s not good anymore. Now every filter looks cartoonish. Don’t know why they made the filters so extreme. I gotta find another app.

Please bring back some of the old filter, the new filters are not good! The filter I was talking about is something with mousse on it I believed. The whole set of filter with that has been deleted.

Camera360SelfieEditor is completely unusable today unless I want red writing all over my photo. This is not what I paid for.

App is literally loaded with ads and the Bluetooth has about a 30% chance of working. Will be returning the stand and clicker ASAP. Feels way too cheap

Too many ads! It use to be a nice app but because of the ads you can’t barely use Camera360SelfieEditor anymore.

Update: I received an email from them after this review. I love that they are responsive and listens to their customer. Because of this I give them 5 stars!

Today I decided to use Camera360SelfieEditor because it has a variety of features perfect for photography and interactive video recordings. I wanted to try out the different features. The only problem is glitch and my phone got hot and juiced down to low power mode fast. Not so sure if I want to use Camera360SelfieEditor because I would be scared for my phone getting hot again. If possible update in the future for solving hot phones, I’d be glad to continue using Camera360SelfieEditor . Thank you!

I used Camera360SelfieEditor from long time ago and I absolutely loved it. But with recent update of Camera360SelfieEditor , something is different:.. and i dont use Camera360SelfieEditor that much now.. the lighting was very high even when my phone was in low lighting mode and when I take the picture, it doesnt look exactly what i saw my face when I was taking it.. My face gets darker and blurry once i hit the click button.. when the photo takes to page where i will keep the pic or not.. i wish it can go back to the time(around june and july of last year) until then it was perfectly fine.. please please fix this.. i beg u..

You guys did a great job with this new update! I love it so much my selfies are coming out even better with the tools provided in the live preview thingy
Update: what have you guys done ?!! I feel like the pictures are coming out waaaayyy too filtered even when I’m not putting the effect on high I’m leaving it on medium as always and it’s coming out way too smoothed out and way too light ! Also their are so much ads now It’s annoying to use another thing is you guys had taken the cloud away and now that it’s back I still can’t access my photos and it won’t even take my email address saying that it’s invalid when it is not the old Camera360 was so much better than this

Update: Camera360SelfieEditor is no longer usable. The features have been redesigned and are like rocket science to figure out. Unless you’re just using this for filters, there are better apps out there. Don’t waste your time on this one.

The features of Camera360SelfieEditor are great, but it’s very glitchy. You’re not always able to get all of your photos. You aren’t able to use photos from your favorites. And if your photo is too far back, good luck with finding it. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what albums Camera360SelfieEditor imports or what order it imports your photos. It crashes and hangs sometimes too. But the features overshadow the pitfalls. If you can get creative with importing the photos you need then it’s a good app.

When you try editing an photo, the editing page header gets overlap with the iphone screen wifi and battery display on the screen. Once u edit neither you can save or download it and also you can’t go back to the previous screen by clicking the arrow button on top left of the screen. I thought its an issue with 11 pro but when I tried with iphone 11 also its the same. This particular issue is not happening in iphone xs. In Iphone xs the cam360 screen is not getting overlap with iphone dispaly. Pls look into this issue and provide assistance

I tried to use the 3 day trial on 12/20 and I kept getting error so I wasn’t able to use it. The next day I tried again and got the same result. I checked to see if I subscribed but it didn’t show that I did and that I was on a free trial. Had I seen it I would have unsubscribed right away. Today, I checked my subscribed app cause I was gonna change the subscription on another app and to my surprise, I was subscribed to Camera360SelfieEditor and I got billed for the whole year! I checked Camera360SelfieEditor now and the premiums is now working. What kind of scam is this? I requested a refund from Apple because this is wrong! I never even get to try to see if I would like the extra features. I tried it now and I didn’t like it. App deleted.

I don’t never have time to write a review but camera 360 definitely deserve one!!!! ❤️❤️it. 1st I love the filters it comes with especially the one that comes on the camera when you use their camera to take photos. I don’t like the ads but nobody does. I hope the company works on that. But I still give it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Please keep up the great work on the filters I love the enhance options also the portrait adjuster 😍😍

I’ve been loyal to Camera360SelfieEditor until lately. It was working very well with the options of editing the photos exactly how you’d want it to appear like choosing Glossy or Rosy, now you can’t even find those options and even when you find certain options, the update makes the pictures look flawlessly fake. I never used the stickers or all these other features that’s on there now, and to make matters worse, the camera is also gone. You now have to use your phone camera to capture the photographs, then import them into Camera360. When you import, the photos look distorted, blurred and so forth. It’s really unfortunate, but I’m going to delete it once I find another editing app.

I literally used Camera360SelfieEditor a few days ago and it was normal. Then the update came and everything I liked about Camera360SelfieEditor was gone! The preset makeup faces, half the options for eyes were gone. I can’t even tell if anything is changing in it or not. I try to change the settings and it looks like nothing is happening. Please please change it back! I’ve used Camera360SelfieEditor for years and now I’m going to have to find something similar but I know there’s nothing out there like this one. I loved the old app. Why change it into something that’s like everything else when what was taken away made it unique?

I hate this new version of Camera360. I’d prefer the old version. This new version doesn’t give you the freedom to edit your pics how you want to. It’s annoying, I’m just going to delete Camera360SelfieEditor and find another one I have more control over. I don’t want to press the one touch beauty and be done. I like it when Camera360SelfieEditor scans the face and you pick what edits you want to make. #ByeCamera360 💅🏽✌🏽

My dear app, Thank you for new fix, the photo is clear now when we take it, waiting for more eyelashes and the look with green lenses of old version it was so natural, Camera360SelfieEditor is so dear to me, i never deleted it even with this new update, i just have this and I downloaded another app just for eyelashes, i take a photo with Camera360SelfieEditor and going to another app to put eyelashes on a photo that i took it😔 , Hope next update i get more more eyelashes and bring that look with green lenses back, Thank you dear i have been waiting from months 🥰.

I love Camera360SelfieEditor. I use it all the time, even as a professional photographer. The one thing I would love to have, is more overlays and double exposure options; including an option to add my own photo to be used for a double exposure on one of my photos. We need sparkler overlays and snow, etc, without year specific. I’d also love to be able to erase parts of the overlay if needed, when it’s in someone’s face, etc. realistic overlays are more advantageous, less of the cutesy stuff please.

It would be amazing if you added a zoom in and out option on front camera, added a flashlight option on front camera and also fixed the video quality while reccording because its pretty bad. Camera360SelfieEditor overall is really good. I hope youll consider fixing some things like above.

I love Camera360SelfieEditor. I have been using this for years!!! But since the recent update I do not really have my favorite feature. Yes it includes the automatic touch but it just doesn’t have the same touch effect as it did before the update and now I can’t really edit my pictures anymore without having the lovely filter it used to have when I was able to do automatic touches. Now I have to do it individually to at least attempt to get the same results but it just isn’t the same anymore.
