Polluted rivers.
I do appreciate the news and analysis given in Times application. They are short but thorough and that I never get on any tv news channels. I always completely go through it when I open my iPad. I simply love it.

TOI APP.
While app is good, at the bottom of each article and/or items there appears a comments from readers. The contents of which are highly abusive, commented by uneducated, uninformed individuals who are cowards that they remain unanimous. They use foul language and most of the time make irrelevant comments that is nothing to do with the subject matter of the article. SUGGESTIONS: Either edit comments to suit the sober readership or do away with this privilege. Yes it is a privilege that your commenting readers are abusing, insulting people, degrading culture and religions and they do all that because freedom of expression gives them right to do that. “Right” that should not be used to abuse. Finally, Editors should look into this, screen and monitor comments and EDIT them so that Comments section remain clean and readable Thanks

Good balanced articles but too much click bait
Overall I like the app, provides real-time news of India, but not sure why it has to utilise click bait ads (sad news about...). They are really annoying and don’t really add to the reputation of TOI. Please get rid of them.
