They use sleazy anti-patterns to get your kids to make purchases. Perhaps this is why they don’t have their Execs on LinkedIn or the website. They don’t want feedback from angry parents? This is now how you should behave with educational games.

I specifically cancelled all subscription options the same day I downloaded the free trial because I was not impressed with AdditionSubtraction . I found that I was billed for a yearly subscription without ever having used AdditionSubtraction .

You get Level 1 for free, but have to purchase the remaining four levels. Personally, AdditionSubtraction shouldn't be more than .99. However, I clicked to unlock other levels and it didn't work for me.
I like that it keeps track of the number of correct by providing a score (10pts per question and 10 questions per level). I also like that the narrator repeats the math fact after it was solved.

Loved AdditionSubtraction the first time I downloaded but had trouble with the updates. Contacted them and they were very professional with swift reply and a bonus of free paid app! Bought AdditionSubtraction a while ago for my boys. It was good before the update. Now it's just a nuisance. It won't update and I can't delete it. I see I'm not the only one with this problem. The developers know there's a problem. Very unprofessional to not have it fixed by now and it's a terrible business model to make customers contact the support team to get a fix for an app that was legitimately purchased. Doesn't matter how great customer support is about the issue, FIX AdditionSubtraction !

When I first got AdditionSubtraction it worked perfect. After the update it wouldn't do anything, but luckily customer service quickly resolved the issue. Works like a pro!

I first downloaded the free app to see if my daughter would like it.
She did enjoy the level 1 and asked me if I could unlock all levels.
I proceeded to unlock all levels and poof. We cannot launch AdditionSubtraction anymore, trying to launch it closes it immediately.
Tried reinstalling with no success. Thumbs down all the way

The game is great, but after one level you are prompted to purchase the other levels. I purchased them and my kids spent under 10 minutes to finish the whole ap. Not worth .99!

My daughter is in first grade. Because AdditionSubtraction states it was for 6-8 year olds I thought each level would become more difficult. Wrong. They only use lower numbers; for addition from 10 or lower and subtraction from 12 and lower. This is math for kindergarten, not first grade.

One of the new math story games provides all the answers to the child. No parent controls to change that feature and provide more assistance or less, as desired. Not sure it was worth the money spent to download the whole app.

I was hoping that this would be a good game for the kids I tutor with their adding and subtracting but after one level it was super easy, I don't think that purchasing the full game will be worth it for these kids.

Bought AdditionSubtraction for my iPhone 5 and will not install. What a waste! I to give it a star to submit. But honestly it's not worth any stars especially since it won't even install.

I was using this for my struggling 2nd graders. I had even paid for the full version and then after the update it wouldn't work anymore!! Please fix ASAP!!

I was having the same difficulties with AdditionSubtraction. It wouldn't update for weeks. I contacted app support with my problem. The responded quickly saying they were aware of the problem and trying to fix it. They have me a code to redeem in AdditionSubtraction Store for the paid version of this game. I did that and now my app works fine. CONTACT APP SUPPORT! They want to help you. Weird, right??! LOL!
