Why did this change??
Ya know, I don’t fully agree with most of the reviews here, I actually thought the app worked very well. Once in a while the service would be down, which was annoying, but overall I thought it worked pretty decent, few complaints. But I guess I’m a creature of habit. I got very used to using Face ID to open the account. Now apparently that’s gone. I can still use it if I scroll through my passwords and find this app but there used to be a quick and easy button to press. Why would this change? Why ever would you “fix” that?? It would have been like a 4.5 star review but this really really annoys me that it now takes about 10 times longer for me to log in to my account. You bring it back, I’ll fix my review, ‘cause I actually like the app. Update: I’m an idiot. Thanks this app, that fixed it.

Lockit Tool is a Lifesaver!
I’ve been with this app for 2 years and this app is so amazing! It lets me transfer money anywhere, anytime. It lets me deposit checks straight through my phone. It’s easy to use, and my absolute favorite feature is new LockIt Tool that lets me lock transactions. I use it to block online transactions from thieves and scammers, and it has been a true lifesaver! Last week an old subscription I had forgotten about tried to charge me $47 for something I thought I had cancelled. But the LockIt tool blocked it for me, saving MY money! I love this app! Thank you for taking care of me!

Pretty useful app 😁
I see a lot of people complaining about the thumbprint login “disappearing.” Just sign in, go into your settings, and enable biometric ID again. The feature IS NOT gone. Other than that this app has really been a great help to me. I love that I can deposit my checks through the app because I never can make it to the bank before it closes. The lock-it feature has also come in handy for when I want to do a free trial! It blocks out those pesky scammers who want to charge me anyway. There’s a few issues with delayed loading screens, but other than that, I’ve been pretty happy with this app.
