1 year agoOMG, THIS IS LIKE THE 5TH MESSAGE I HAVE TYPED TO YOU GUYS! I NEED SOMEONE TO FINALLY ACTUALLY RESPOND/REPLY TO ME ASAP PLEASE ABOUT REFUNDS AND CANCELING SUBSCRIPTION! (I HAVE BEEN TRYING AND WONT LET ME BUT CONTINUES TO TAKE MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THE APP DOESNT WORK, WHEN IT DOES IT ISNT ACCURATE, SOMETIMES IT'LL STOP DETECTING FOR HOURS EVEN DAYS IN A ROW! ITS JUST MORE OF A HEADACHE AND CAUSES MORE PROBLEMS THEN HELPFUL!

2 years agoI keep messaging and it says your messages have been received waiting for response then it says cannot be reached I’ve been emailing the right email with no luck! I was basically robbed I have a premium account I’m already on of my boyfriends but they cut my history off where I can’t see it unless I pay but we already paid for that account so I pay for it and I was like why am I paying again for an account we already pay for so I cancel it days after my money is taken now they took the whole month away no refund even though I paid I can’t use the account out for the month I’ve paid but I still can’t see the history on my premium account and I have no refund😳 I’m not happy at all and my bf and I are moving back to life 360 where we both don’t have to pay for the same account we are on together makes no sense. We pay for life 360 so we can both use the features this is unfair and a robbery!

Don’t waste your time or money
I just purchased the premium subscription from this app for the purpose of tracking my daughter. We tested the apps accuracy while we stood side by side and the app reported her location to be downtown two miles from our house. I consulted the FAQ page within the app, and followed all of their suggestions for improving location accuracy, yet the app continues to report her as being two miles away. We both had enabled WiFi, allowed background updates, always allowed the app to use our location, we did not have low power mode enabled on our phones, and we adjusted the apps settings for high location accuracy. Yet, the app reported her to be two miles away. Needless to say, don’t bother with this one. If you choose to try it, make sure you test its location accuracy as we did.

Worst tracking app ever
This app never works and when I complained to the company they refused to refund my subscription. I was dumb to buy the entire year. This is what I get for basing my decision off of reading other’s reviews. The location accuracy is terrible and it will show a family member was home for 2 days when I was actually with that person running errands the day before! We even checked that all location and privacy setting were correct. And what is this walkie-talkie feature I was reading about? There is no such feature.

Messed up
I wrote you guys a couple of emails and never got an answer. I am paying the $99 to see unlimited friends. My granddaughter is using the free version. When she selected her mother as her one friend I could not see her even though I had paid the $99. So she switched me back to her one friend but now on my side I cannot see her mother. What is wrong with this app???? Is this a trap so everybody has to spend $99? I’m very disappointed with your app and I think it’s a rip off!
