  Tax calculation not correct for FLORIDA TAX

  I am a Tax Law Specialist in Florida and can tell you this app will NOT calculate the correct the correct amount of tax. This does nothing more the simply multiply a number by a percentage number, any simple calculator will do that. Florida tax calculation is more complex then that. The tax is based on a bracket system. For example .84 sale has 6 cents tax on it, the calculator gives the answer of 5 cents. On a sale of 1.09 the Florida tax would be 6 cents, the calculator gives the answer of 7 cents. Both ends of the bracket the calculator provides the incorrect answer. If you in Florida do not use.

  Good Idea, Poor Execution

  I've been dealing with this app for a while now. The in-app ads are horrible and only getting worse. I don't want to pay for ad removal since technically I can calculate sales tax pretty easily without the app and only use it for quick calculations. Trust me, the app isn't "FREE" since the ads punch you in the face every time you try to execute any command and the entire app ends up feeling like a shameless cash grab. I do not recommend this app.

  Decent app, been using it for a long time.

  This app works pretty well,.. You still have to enter the tax rate for corresponding state. You'll have to know it or look it up first. I've been using this app for a long time as I mentioned but now there's a full screen ad when you open the app, then they ask you to rate the app. Well, if you read this include the state tax rates.
