Easy to Navigate

I am enjoying CorewellHealthApp. I can use it for both my husband and myself. I have access to our medications and health information. So if we are at another office other than Spectrum I can pull up our charts and medications lists.

If I have questions I send a message and it is addressed in a timely manner! Its better than worrying about missing a return phone call.

Needs Work

Would be a great resource if accurate. Meds are incorrect. I deleted some I hadn’t taken in many years, but they are still listed. I have had vaccinations, but they are not listed in CorewellHealthApp and I cannot list the. App should tell me how to get them listed. App should document source of info. App should at least let me add notes, such as the date on which I received a vax or when my next appt is for something it says I am late on. Incorrect/missing info on top of no instr on how to get it updated makes app not pnly useless but a hazard to my health depending on who is referencing it. I would like to be able to include all of my medical providers in one app, but instead each office seems to have their own system. Needs some medical community integration. I have high hopes for improvement.

Redundant

I am offended I am asked my gender identity, whether or not I believe I am a man or a woman or I was born a man or a woman this is just so wrong….. 1% of the population does not need to control the other 99%.
I was recently in to have blood drawn, and was asked literally the same questions why do I have to constantly answer the same questions over and over and over. Why can’t we just say things haven’t changed or identify the items that have changed.
This system is redundant and over burdensome on the patient.

Doctor on chart is wrong.

1. My chart lists Dr. Yaviich as my primary care doctor. Wrong.
I have never seen her. My primary care doctor for 30 years has been Dr. Melanie Ice.
2. Test results for my mammogram missing. I did receive notification under visits but no summary. Please help.

My Chart is great but needs some tweaking.

A Surpising Omission

MyChart can be a bit confusing to navigate at times, but it is getting better. The surprising thing to me is the lack of ability to show the booster shot for COVID in the electronic vaccine card. It doesn’t seem like a tough thing to add. It is curious that they can’t even have that available for all vaccines. EPIC has an army of developers and consultants tweaking stuff daily. I don’t understand why this simple fix has taken so long.

Appiekay

CorewellHealthApp is very helpful and gets me a quick response with out having to wait on the phone or speaking on the phone with a sore throat or anything really when your not feeling well or just need to shoot the doctor a quick question. Super great!

By

Great Customer Service

Spectrum Health hit a home run when they added the MyChart feature. I have used it numerous times over the past couple of years. It removes the frustration of waiting on hold when the office is swamped with telephone calls.

Super Helpful

I love how I am able to see my upcoming appointments as well as my past appointments notes. It’s very helpful to be able to set appointments as well on CorewellHealthApp and to message doctors whenever I have a concern or question.

By

Very easy to use!

I like being able to connect with my Doctor or PA if I have a question and I get a quick response! It is great seeing my test results also. Thank you. Char

Easy to communicate

The my chart as well as the new video visits are so easy to use and saves a lot of time trying to navigate through the telephone.

Maintenance is very poor.

I have asked several times, to various parties, that the health reminders are inaccurate. My doctor made notes at my last visit and still no change.
Both ‘tests’ listed A-Not over due & B- not due for several years.
Please have the individual responsible to correctly review the records and update. Otherwise tis useless.

Much more patient-friendly!

Love, love, LOVE the new landing page in MyChart. Everything I use the most frequently is available at first glance! WAY BETTER than the original app.

By

My Chart

Love this platform! What a great way to get results reminders and answers!
Running low on meds. Log in and leave a message. Simply and fast. 5 Stars 😊

By

Chart

I love using my chart. For me it has resulted in quick, efficient messages to whatever staff member I need to get a message to or from. 5 stars.

Better than calling.

Great for reviewing past health items. Good for preparing for future health related experiences. Terribly misleading in the way it possibilizes that you’ll have any reliable, consistent, or meaningful communication with your healthcare professionals.

By

No Lab history??

You have removed the highly useful lab history. With a couple clicks, I could see my lab values over time in graphical mode. PLEASE consider adding that function back into the lab section.

Makes It Easy!

CorewellHealthApp makes it so easy to track appointments, contact providers, cancel or update appointments, and make payments. Love it!

By

Confirming does not confirm

Confirming an appointment says you will not receive a phone call, but they have been calling still. Also phone calls do not say it’s from Spectrum Health so they come across like a spam call.

By

Easy to use.

App is user friendly. Convenient check in and appointment set ups.

Would you make up your mind?

After putting in my login and password from last year it didn’t find it and kept warning me. Then not changing anything it pulls up the thumbprint scan and lets me in. I then press the area at the top of the screen for the 4 things I have to look at and it blows me out of the program and makes me login again. Bloody hell. I don’t get the thumbprint request I put my original stuff in just like before and before I’m done the thumbprint scan shows up and I get in , so this time I look at all the shots I need to get caught up on. One I don’t understand so I press the ? And it sends me over to a government site that it cannot find a server for! I tap back and it blows me out of the program to the sign in again! Bloody Hell! I’m on an iPhone 6 running 12.4.4 current.

Ridiculous

I am so overly frustrated. I needed to get into my account ASAP. So I open CorewellHealthApp and use my Touch ID so I don’t have to use my password. And it told me I need to log in. So I entered my email and password and it said it was wrong. So I tried 2 more times and I know for a fact what my log in info is and it wouldn’t work said I would be locked out or I have to reset my password. So I entered my email got the link reset my password and still not working says email or password is wrong. If I keep trying I’ll be locked out and only to way to fix it is to wait 60 mins or reset my password again. So after resting 3 times and it’s not working I email customer service. And it says they will get back to me in 24 hours. I need into my account now and I’m basically screwed on my upcoming appointments because I count on CorewellHealthApp.

New style is horrible

When it was designed as a native app it was great. Now it's basically a web app. Not tailored to iOS at all. Features such as adding appointments to calendar are gone. Runs slow, everything is much more of a pain to navigate. Displays info poorly on small devices screen due to huge spacing but little fonts. I am sure someone thought it was a good idea and cheaper to do this way.

Keeps refreshing to home page every time I try to send a message, and when trying to attach a photo of a my wound for my doctor. CorewellHealthApp is possibly going to be why I switch medical groups to one of the others in the city. They want you to communicate with CorewellHealthApp at the doctors office and CorewellHealthApp never works.

Considering Spectrum can charge so much for medical, i expect CorewellHealthApp to work.

This app is 100% useless

I installed CorewellHealthApp to help manage my appointments, billing and see test results. I’ve used the MyChart app through Lakeland (now Spectrum as well) and MyChart works fantastic compared to the MyHealth app. It been 5 days since I’ve put in all my information and the after two different sets of information added by me -I still don’t have a functioning app! I keep getting email about an upcoming appointment with a link. The link takes me to my non-functional app. Ive tried emailing the address provided for assistance and I get the email bounced back. I’ve called the phone number provided for assistance with CorewellHealthApp - and no one answers. I hope Spectrum stops using MyHealth and goes to MyChart that uses the Epic system. The MyHealth app is a dumpster fire compared to MyChart.

MUCH BETTER!!!

The new version rolled out September 2019 is a huge improvement over the old. The layout and navigation are much simpler and much easier to use. Everything from upcoming visits to past visits and results are easy to find. Billing and messages are also easy to use.

My one recommendation would be to fix the feedback procedure. As it is, you can’t just leave a comment; you have to complete a lengthy survey! Ridiculous!

Nevertheless, this has gone overnight from a truly terrible app to an excellent one! :)

Doesn't support iOS10 anymore?

I have an iPhone 6. Yes. In the fall of 2019. I have iOS10 installed. It's been a very sound OS on this phone and I still have the original battery that lasts all day. My complaint is that the developer or the owner (Spectrum) have to change CorewellHealthApp so much that they keep starting off with the newest OS as the base instead of allowing older iOS devices access. Very VERY poor thought process. Quit forcing onto people. Programming isn't that hard to allow older devices access. If you get it right the first time, you wouldn't have to create from scratch 4 APPS to use in the last 5 years or so. How do these people still have jobs?

App doesn’t save feature tiles and errors out on log in PIN

If I try and save the feature tiles and goes right back to default tiles.
The PIN login only works ONE time after password has been entered manually. If you timeout; CorewellHealthApp only allows one time for PIN. After that timeout is made on the PIN CorewellHealthApp throws an error saying enter your password. The pop up error should be more specific on why. No one cares if it’s because of policy, just explain that instead of treating your customers like simpletons.

Stupid App

Yes, when it works, wonderful. But when it doesn't, it is sheer hell. I use CorewellHealthApp once a year for my physical, and sometimes that is the only time. And some years I have another reason to visit the doctor. Invariably I don't recall which email address I used years ago when I first signed up, let alone what password I selected. The programmers need to create a much more user friendly system and be a bit less crazy about security. A lot of us don't see our doctor often enough to rem an US and password, which makes CorewellHealthApp worse than worthless, because all it does is waste our time.

Needs improvement

Overall I can do most things I need to with he app: message my provider, see history and upcoming appointments. The overall design of CorewellHealthApp is cumbersome but what really grinds my gears is small bugs like being unable to attach an image to the message to provider. It just crashes CorewellHealthApp and takes me back to the home screen. You lose everything you typed in the message. Image attachment is 100% failure rate for me. Occasionally CorewellHealthApp will crash and close completely at random points too. No clue why.

Great Way to Keep Informed

I haven’t had any issues. When I need to make an appointment, refill a prescription or keep track of medical notes, MyHealth is extremely helpful. Sometimes when I call the doctors office, I don’t get the information that I need and I end up waiting for a while. MyHealth is quick and easy to access! Thank you Spectrum Health!

When it works

CorewellHealthApp is great when it works, however the last few updates have been detrimental to the functionality. More times than not, the fingerprint id doesn’t work. Then when attempting to put in my password manually, it tells me it’s wrong and I have to reset my password. I attempt to login with my password that was just reset and I get locked out of my account for 24 hours. Needs major updates to fix these bugs. What good is CorewellHealthApp if you can’t access it?

By

Annoying

Every time I go to type in my PIN number, it says “oops something went wrong. Try again using your email and password” I do not have access to my paper with my email and password all the time so this is extremely annoying. I have two kids plus myself to manage appointments for and it’s hard to do that when I can’t login most of the time. I’ve been having this problem for a while now. Please fix it!

Really awful

CorewellHealthApp rarely works. One makes bets with oneself about which part will fail. Most of the failures cause one to be caught in an infernal loop from which there is no escape. Support is even worse. Support tells you to do something, like delete and re-install (if you are lucky) or delete all cookies and cache. Why do the users have to do anything? Whose responsibility is it, anyway?
Right now, I’m in a loop and can’t even get into CorewellHealthApp . And we depend on this pile of detritus for our health? I’m considering changing doctors just so I never have to use this atrocious app again, ever!

By

Hit or miss

CorewellHealthApp doesn’t operate most of the time, and freezes mid transaction constantly. It’s kicked me out numerous times, and says my password is incorrect after letting me log in and then kicking me out.
The billing feature will let you set up automatic withdrawal and doesn’t actually withdrawal. I went back in several times to re-enter the information for the card in my wallet and it won’t let me edit or change the card or my billing plan after I type everything all out repeatedly. Hands down worst app I’ve ever had.

Random Crashes Constantly

I uninstalled and reinstalled CorewellHealthApp and I am having the same random crash issues.

Steps to Repeat:

Login - password saved in iOS - entered through auto filled with faceID.
1st issue - CorewellHealthApp asks me every time if I want to enable Face ID. I choose “set up”
Main screen loads
Click on any tile, and after a second or to I get the error “ sorry your request could not be carried out because of an error. Please log out and sign in again”
Error #: 13
Error: Type Mismatch
Source: EWPFrameWork88
Click sign out and a blank white page appears, I have to force close CorewellHealthApp and re launch and the same issue occurs.
I am running iOS 13.3 on an iPhone 11 Pro Max MWGL2LL/A

I also have a screen shot of the error if it is helpful. Will update my rating when the issues are resolved.
