Salarybook Time Tracking Reviews

I have been using SalarybookTimeTracking for almost a year and I really enjoyed it until this new update came out which said “bug fixes and compatible with iPhone X”. SalarybookTimeTracking is already compatible with iPhone X even with old version. But this new version force you to pay to continue using this which they called “Premium Subscription “ for unlimited jobs and unlimited calendar entries. But they didn’t state how many jobs/calendar entries we can add for non-premium subscribers. Whenever I try to add my work schedule, this annoying “Premium Subscription “ pop up and block your entry unless you pay. Now I have to change to another app which doesn’t ask for those “Pay to continue “.
Please do not update to new version or you will fall into their traps! #ggwp

Still needs some improvements but does the job. I’m using SalarybookTimeTracking since 2014, to calculate my work hours with customers. Reports works like a charm.. Would be nice to have a brand new user interface..

I love SalarybookTimeTracking it makes turning my hours in to the boss and detailing what I did during the week simple.

Beginning of month & end of month calculate time & amount are carry over to the following month.

If it would sync up to ur phone SalarybookTimeTracking would be perfect. I use it for cleaning appointments and if I can sync from phone to tablet this would be a 5 star app
I have a hard time opening it up in my phone app.

To continue putting entries in the calendar?! That wasn’t part of the deal when I downloaded you. No thank you I’ll go back to pencil and paper first.

They make you pay for a subscription to even use the most basic feature of SalarybookTimeTracking . It’s a free app that brings up a pay wall if you try to use it. So it isn’t a free app at all. Shady business practices!

Something as simple as creating a time sheet for two weeks garbage app

I have been using SalarybookTimeTracking all year. They released an app update on the Apple Store and wiped away a years worth of data. Do not use SalarybookTimeTracking.

This is by far the best salary tracker available on SalarybookTimeTracking Store. Period. Before using SalarybookTimeTracking I kept track of my hours in the notes section of my phone. It wasn't at all efficient and when it came to adding up the hours at the end of each pay period, big hassle. Iv used SalarybookTimeTracking for 6 months now and have had zero complaints about it. The only thing in my opinion that could improve salary tracker(keep in mind I'm nitpicking) is if they allowed me to view my income for bi-weekly, since that's the pay schedule for my job. So if your looking for an app that keeps track of hours, is simple and intuitive, look no further.

I've been using SalarybookTimeTracking for over 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It keeps track of my hours and tallies them up into a nice spreadsheet for my payroll. The Dropbox backup is a great addition, though it would be nice to be able to back it up to other cloud services or even have just an automatic back up. I would also like to see some work done on the "non-billable" section. I use this to track my lunch breaks. It would be fantastic if you could "clock out/clock in" with a single button rather than selecting how long your break was. It would also be nice if it kept track of what time you "clock out/clock in" as I have to add this manually in the notes then edit the report to say "Break" instead of "Notes".

Other than that minor inconvenience it's a solid app. Rarely have issues with crashing or glitches.

I spent countless hours downloading timesheets apps & by far this was the best app so far ! I love the calendar view and how simple it is to add the hour and salary as well as multiple jobs. They allow you to label jobs and save them for recurring jobs. Great design, the best part is the overview report that opens up to your email with a spreadsheet and calculated hours and wages. Saves me time, I can just email my invoice without having to do an Xcel Sheet. Highly recommended !

Only Dropbox backups are effective. after almost 2 years of use and working around quirky interface, I swapped my iPhone to another iPhone due a hardware failure. All 130+ apps had been restored from iTunes backup except SalaryBook. SalarybookTimeTracking on the new phone is empty. All diligently recorded hours are lost. All not yet billed invoices are lost also. $1000s of work are lost until alternative billing can be done. This means that SalarybookTimeTracking didn't store my time sheets in SalarybookTimeTracking as it should, but the data was stored somewhere else and wasn't backed up in iTunes. Two words come to my mind - POOR DESIGN. I reached out to the support and it was informed that only Dropbox backup/restore would work. So be warned iTunes backups will not help. I'm deleting SalarybookTimeTracking from my phone and searching for an alternative.

Good app, very simple and easy to use. A feature I would love to see though is to be able to display your weekly or bi-weekly work hours and total dollars earned from the day after your last payday (or new punch card) up until your next payday, kind of like a paycheck estimate. We should be able to set the payday date. I kind of think it's more important to see a paycheck estimate/hours on the main screen instead of how much you made that day. There's plenty of room on the screen to display the current data and more. If this feature is added I will give SalarybookTimeTracking 5 stars.

Great app to keep track of my worked hours and clients. Reports are very simple and can be sent to an email. But no IOS 8 compatible. I freaking out because all my data for the current month is not available since SalarybookTimeTracking crashes immediately when open. I hope they update it soon so I don't figure out all the hours I've worked this month

Awesome app but needs the ability to separate work times within the same day for the same employer. Example if I work ten hours that day for the same employer but run multiple machines I have to keep track of the hours ran on each machine that day for that contractor. I would like another slider within that job log to input a custom item such as a dozer then a slider for additional break down of the hours worked that day. Would also like a slider for mileage driven to each job.
