Contact medici tv classical music Support

Since there is no way to contact you and you do not respond to your help site where it’s the only place to post a problem, I want to cancel my subscription and do not intend to re-subscribe.

I have subscribed 2 or 3 times, but only once have I been able to watch one whole concert. I always get a box which says that my account doesn’t allow to add the concert to the calendar which I didn’t ask for. If I choose a concert, I can only hear 5-10 minutes until it stops. I get notifications several times a week with many choices, but cannot hear more than a few minutes of the concerts. If this problem can’t be corrected, please do not automatically renew my subscription. I was looking forward to having access to these concerts as I am 92 years and can’t go actual performances now.

I unsubscribed intime yet they still took my money whilst charging twice previous fee.Their email contact does not work: thus no customer support.Do not subscribe!

Hello friends! I have use Medici for many years and like the way to hear and see concerts. Last 3 months it has been impossible to stream it to my apple box connected to my Tv! Every other app is working fine like Netflix, Prime video, Digital concert hall from Berlin Ph.orch and YouTube !! Please help !! Best regards from Gunnar Hemmingsen, Norway and Sweden.

A charge was put through on my credit card. I believe my bank refused it.

Don’t waist your money. The content is amazing but streaming service is a piece of crap. If you want to give it a try I recommend the monthly subscription. The customer support doesn’t exist.

I would not recommend this online music service at all. Could not get the app to work reliably on Mac computer, iPad or phone. When I eventually got help, the app was deleted and then loaded from scratch. Worked for a week, then gave up. Content is great… the app is complex, confusing and totally unreliable.

Why can't I open the program using my login? and now to change to wachtwoord?

Bad customer support They have the worst customer support. I forgot to cancel yearly subscription and sent an email just 4 minutes after renewal. They can’t bring a refund when other services such as mubi can. Also, they charged me more than double than the first year. All I get in support is someone called Julie replying 24 hours after I send request. Unbelievable.
