I cannot load view my membership card on my phone. It worked on my old phone but not on the new phone (Samsung s22ultra). I deleted, redownloaded the app, logged out and re-logged in, even reset my username/password. Everything works, but membership card ONLY.
when I pull up the list of trainers, my app does not show the date and time they are available.....only the 25 or 50 minute session tabs on the right. The information on the left, that used to be there showing the days and times available, is not gone and the area is blank. I have deleted and downloaded the app at least 10 times to no avail. Can you help?
