Charged me 41 euro for 15 euro ticket
I was charged 41 euro as if I have a car but the ferry line informed me that they only had to pay 15 euro and I have not been able to contact anyone to get the difference back. I wish that I would have booked directly through Viking but I am hoping that someone at this app will do the right thing and refund me the difference.
