Best in it's class! A++++
Very happy with this product! :) Does everything it says it does. The Live Help software itself is simply put AMAZING. The iPhone app is the icing on the cake. Now we are online 24/7. The browser based version gets 5 stars as well. I have read around and heard of others having trouble with push notifications but we are not experiencing that at all. We have tried other live chat software but none other compares to Live Help Messenger!

Works great!
I was expecting to run into some issues using this app after reading some previous bad reviews, but everything seems to work just fine in the latest version! Push notifications work as well, so I can stay logged in all day on my phone, and receive a notification when there is a chat request. :)

Nice app for mobile
Pro: Very good app for mobile if you are not on your desk or travel most of the time. Con: Since ios 5 update, you have to type in your password every time you open the app. Don't close the app if you do not want to type in the password again. Developer known the problem but no fixes yet since ios5 release.
