I like how I can see all the pending debits and credits for the day and a day ahead to make sure I have enough money in the bank account. Wescom posts deposits before posting the debits and I think that’s really great in terms of saving me a few overdraft fees from time to time. Being able to send messages through the app is great too and it has a lot of options that I can select at the menu. Snap deposit has been working out quite well for me too. Overall, my experience with Wescom and its app is excellent so far. Just don’t wish I don’t have to earn certain status to get free checking and some of the benefits as a signature member or platinum signature member.

My experience today with Lluvia has been phenomenal. I appreciate the time she took with me. She had the patience of Job with me. I can sometimes become very frustrated when it comes to technology often times because the customer service representative developes an inpatient tone with me. Lluvia maintained a calm and patient tone with me which I wholeheartedly appreciate. Lluvia made me feel at ease and calm an she calmly and patiently walked me through a transaction. I've had solid success using the app since it came out. Occasionally someone will sign a check in a way that overlaps the numbers at the bottom, but that has never prevented a deposit going through. And deposits like this that are manually reviewed almost always go through within a couple of hours, at most. I've had no issues with the app crashing or hanging. The one time I've needed assistance from customer service, it was fast and professional.
