I’ve been a member for a few years now and When I first started out they would ship out a new game as soon as the game I put in the mailbox was scanned. Not anymore, even if it says there Is immediate availability they won’t ship out for a week sometimes. This is the number one gripe I have about game fly. Plus being a member for so long I feel like I should get some kind of reward points that don’t expire so quickly or something. I don’t know just my two cents

Fix the tabs!
All of the different tabs on the main menu are messed up (Most popular, new releases and coming soon). Some are listed from oldest to new others are from an unknown release date to the closest to be released, for example, coming soon shows games from 2013 where it should be unreleased games!. At least allow people to sort the list as they want. EDIT: Fixed 👍🏼

Mixup
I’ve been using this app for a long time and this app makes it even better. However, there seems to be a mixup or something. I’m looking at the Coming Soon category and it’s showing games that have been released for a view years. The same thing is happening with the New Releases category but they are showing games that are no where near close to coming out yet. It’s a real head scratcher.
