Immediate Push.

I had a job where receiving emails as quick as possible was essential. I picked up my shifts through a google group my job set up for us to cover each other's absences. This system worked great, but only if you got those emails first. 80 sets of anxious fingers were waiting with baited breath for a chance to tap reply and, even though I have my fancy smart phone and even though I waste a ton of battery pushing my notifications, I still never seemed to get the emails quick enough and therefore never got the shifts. With this app and the push for a year add on I bought- I am always the first. When I open those emails they say "sent 0 minutes ago" I get all the good shifts now. I could not be more satisfied. Yes there are minor bugs, but I just use my regular mail app that came on my phone for whatever this one can't handle (which isn't much) What I bought it for it does flawlessly. Thank you this app.

I love it... But two small improvement needed

I have been using this app for 2 years now and I really like it. But I have to manage two gmail accounts, one for work and my personal account. It's no problem logging into two accounts but the badge notification icon doesn't tell me if I have an email in my other account that I don't have open in the current app window. So I constantly have to manually open the app and check my other account. If you could update it so the badge icon shows the number of unread messages for both accounts that would take this app to the next level. Also, when we attach a file it would be nice to be able to choose a picture from current photo or choose to take a new photo. Just a thought. Still the best gmail app around!!

Official Gmail app has notification too

Now i wonder what your next move will be since Gmail App has just gotten the notification center support. I love this app for its diligence in updating constantly and bringing the quality services. This app was worth every penny literally. But now that Gmail App supports notification center too, and has the ability to attach files, which this app still can't, I wonder what you guys will do to win customers over again. What I truly wish is the stable Gtalk service integration that runs 24/7 in the bakground and provides push notification without having to keep the app running or signing in repeatedly. If you guys can add the ability to attach files in gmail and add Gtalk with stable push notification, this app will be absolutrly invincible.
