I have just paid nearly €20 to be able to work on iphone and ipad. But it is not syncing between devices. Can anyone please tell me how to get this sorted. Many Thanks!

Hi. Following on from my message yesterday. This morning the App did open, but it was empty of data. I've lost my password and numerous times yesterday and today I've completed the 'Forgotten Password' process and each time am told that an email has been sent. No email has arrived. Then this morning I thought that I was logging in to a back up but it appears I've signed into a new Lite version, which is useless to me. My fear still is that with a back up I did yesterday, that I've lost everything. I need to know as if this is the case, then I shall have to start 'building' my accounts from April somehow. Thanks. Since the update a few days ago, the App won't open. After a few seconds it just returns to the Home Screen. I'm using an iphone 11 Max. I tried to do a back up from the iPad and now am very concerned that it's sent an empty version to the iphone. I don't understand these things but please could you help?? Many thanks. Philip

My IXpenseIt app stopped working today. Would not open. Had none of my data. I finally deleted and reinstalled it. Still none of my data. I tried to sign in but it did not accept my password. I requested for password reset link. I got response that link has been sent but no link arrived in my email inbox. I tried this multiple times without luck. I am locked out of 5 years of my data. I purchased the app as an Apple subscription which tells me I have a backup plan, but I cannot access it or any of the irreplaceable financial data I have been inputting for over 3 years. Help!

Can’t save scanned receipts

For some reason, a recent update has caused the “Keep Scan” button not to show up at the bottom of the screen. There’s no way to directly save a scanned image other than taking a picture, saving it to photos, and then uploading it to the app. I emailed customer service, sending them a screen shot, and they never responded. I’ve used this app (pro version) for years. This is the first time I have been disappointed with its functionality and more disappointed with the silence from customer service.

The best App ever! Easy to use, and effective.

This is a very effective app. It works very well, and I am extremely happy with it. I have used it for many years. Even better, their customer support is second to none. I am not just saying this, but this is absolutely true. When I had some questions about the app, they were there for me quickly, effectively, and stayed with me until I resolved the issue. I have never experienced this kind of customer service anywhere. Get this app. You will never regret it. The app is logical, easy to use, and very effective in all ways. I use this app to run my entire small company, and I have zero complaints.

Pretty good. Worthwhile.

All in all, it’s good. Has major syncing issues though; pictures often don’t sync, and they often only remain in the original device which entered in the picture(s). When in sync mode, inputting can be extremely slow after pressing “save” (up to 45 seconds sometimes), so it makes multiple sequential inputting inconvenient sometimes. If entering multiple pictures, it only lets you do one at a time, which is kinda inconvenient. It should allow the user to tap as many pictures as you want—all at the same time. I use this every day, and make several entries a day. I love it, and with a little tweaking, it’d be near perfect. The search options is very useful and well designed. All in all, it’s well worth it, and a useful tool. Note: I have thousands of entries in this, so in its defense, I may be taking It to its limit.
