Low pressure exercise

The Quickie stretch sequence is a super helpful any time of day check in point that helps me refocus and power through the day. These pre selected stretches are easy to do and I would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a boost and self check in.

Love this app!

I’ve been using this app for morning and night stretches and to practice breathing when I feel stressed. I love how easy it is to use and it has all of the fundamental practices I need for basic wellness. It’s a must have!

I love this app!

This app is so useful. I started with the water tracker. Just making sure I drank 8 glasses of water a day. Now I am doing the breathing and stretching.
