Do they know they have an app?
Lol, I’m not even mad, because they made our order, but here’s what went down. We go to the Hardee’s in our town, order on the app, pull to the drive-thru and the lady says “I’m sorry we don’t have an app”. Lol I hope you do because I gave someone my CC for food. Anyway, we pull to the window, show her the app & that we paid & it is this location. The manager came over & said “umm I’m going to have to call my boss bc I have no idea”. They made our food, but y’all might want to make sure your stores know they have app orders available.

Prices changed
I ordered a combo last night the total was $9.88.I ordered same combo today and the price is $10.32. The person at the drive-through stated that several people have complained about the same issue but did not give me a refund for the difference. Is it the app or Hardee’s
