I signed up days ago and just tried the first workout. I could not do most of the exercises. I cancelled my subscription and request a refund.

I was just browsing this site and the next thing I know I have purchased it without filling in any pay details or any other details. Please cancel for me. I do not want to keep paying any fees. Sue Moore 0407642619

I haven’t ever worked out, but I was an athlete in my youth. Started Juatfit yesterday and I’m sore today - the GOOD kind of sore! Can’t wait to continue.

I canceled this app within seven minutes of purchase after realizing the exercises were too difficult for my rotator cuff surgery recovery I had to call Apple four times to try to get my money back and they said that the merchant said it is nonrefundable I am still trying to get my $29.99 back. If you signed up and input your credit card you will automatically be charged $29.99 Be prepared even if you cancel the app they will not return your money I believe that this is a total scam --don't be fooled!

I purchased this app for $29.99 upon opening. I realize the exercises too difficult for me. I cancel my subscription which shows canceled but after calling Apple four times, including the developer enter joyed they refused to refund me my 29.99 Maybe this is how they make their money they keep your money and do not return it back. I believe this company is fraudulent and is a scam.

I sent the email below on July 18, 2023: I signed up for your program because the ad I saw showed chair exercises geared toward older women. I'm 71 with some mobility issues due to poor balance. I was surprised when I opened the program for the first time and saw things like Cossack squats, planking, and standing thigh stretching. Those are things I might work up to, but I'm looking to strengthen myself a little bit at a much slower pace first. I also thought I was signing up for a $40 program that was good for a year. Just now I looked at some of your reviews and additional information, and it appears your program is $70 per year. I'd like a full refund at this time because your program is obviously not what you represented it to be. (End of original email) I received an answer saying that I could find the workouts I'm looking for under the "Workouts" tab; however, I have looked at every program, and I don't see anything that resembles the workout I signed up for. If you cannot provide what you advertised, I would like a full refund.

I signed on online today, and went thru all the questionnaire, adding that I was 69 yo, overweight and with knee and ankle issues. I got to the end of the questionnaire and everything was be positive. I chose a 3 month at $29.95. The first exercise was do the plank, which I could not do. I could do it in my 50's but not anymore. I wanted to cancel the program immediately, but I found out I could not get a refund, and my cancellation will not be effective until 3 months after today. So I paid $29.95 for nothing, 90 days wont help me to do the plank! Very frustrated!!!!

I was excited about a program with a plan that I could do exercises according to my age and limitations After entering all of my information, the exercise program was way off of what I could possibly do I showed it to some of my friends and relatives in the age range of 60-70 and they were flabbergasted as was I I deleted the app on my phone and started from scratch answering all the questions again thinking I must have answered some questions wrong but again, no way am I able to do the exercises in the "personal plan" created for my age and limitations. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I am so upset I don't even know if my trial subscription was over and if the fee will be taken from my account automatically but I want to cancel the whole kit and kaboodle Not even a phone number you can talk with a real person to see if this could be straightened out

I signed up for JustFit about an hour ago. The ad offers a 7 day free trial. After reading the reviews here, I don’t even want the free trial. I am rescinding my authorization for the yearly membership. I am also taking a screen shot of this post for my bank/Apple Pay whichever may be charged.

If there is a free alternative - get it. I signed up for the three-month program and paid upfront. I put in my data and got a plan to lose 20 pounds in 40 days. I didn't believe it but thought it a good way to get kickstarted again. It did get me going and stopped my weight gain. However, after completing day 28, I wanted a new, harder plan and it did offer one. Unfortunately, the new plan does not set on your app and you have to reprogram a new plan the next day. It's as if they expect you to drop out by then and never finished the app. It's a shame as I liked the workouts and could figure out a way to make them hard enough for me. My emails are acknowledged by never get an official response. Unprofessional.

Disgusting. My program is definitely not custom. Starting cold with planking is not good for 65yr old with a bad back. When I tried to contact them for a refund they are totally uncontactable.

You better choose your setup wisely. There is no way that I can find to change it. Gave me 4 min workout per day. No help access. There’s a supposed site for help that doesn’t actually help at all. There are canned work outs on site but if you actually are expecting a personal plan and make a bad initial choice you’ve just eaten the years fee for canned works you could have gotten for free on internet. So disappointed and not happy

I wanted to believe the marketing hype — however, after reading the reviews, it seems this is a difficult company to do business with, lacking communication and transparency. No thank you. There are legitimate, free exercise courses on YouTube.

Definitely not personalised if you have a knee problem you’ll get the same workout as someone who can kneel

The app is not personalised as is stated in your information I clearly stated that I have a problem with my knees having had 1 full replacement and am awaiting a second which means I cannot put pressure on them and the so call personalised work outs call for to many kneeling work outs. I am extremely disappointed I would like a refund on my subscription as this is definitely not personalised.

Just signed up for 3months This is junk and not personalized at all. The second set of exercises were lunges (a big no for knee problems which I stated I had) Cancelling and hope the 7 day free trial is legit

How can I mirror the app to my TV or IPAD? It does not give me an option. I downloaded the app to my Ipad as well but had to start the process over again - which I hesitated to do for concern that I would be charged twice. There is no log in for the app account thus downloading to my phone and IPad they are not synced. How can I do that?

On day 3, the exercises go into exercises that use 2 full water bottles and a roller, which I didn’t have either one. Why don’t you specify ahead of time what you will need for that day or week, so a roller could be purchased.

I feel very ripped off. I downloaded what was advertised as a free exercise app. At least the first month was free. I barely had time to even download the app when my bank account was debited the monthly amount. I did not agree to a subscription, yet this app automatically signed me up. I do hope I get my money back!! I’m very upset. Then the exercises are very difficult, especially as I admitted I was an unfit older lady.

I signed up for this app with a 7 day FREE trial yet they have sent an auth to my bank. Remove the auth immediately and do not expect me to pay the charge should the auth turn into a charge.

I cancelled Justfit Lazy workout and was still charged $69.00 plus tax on my credit card. I would like this charge returned. No one is responding to my messages.

I have sent two emails and another one today and I want to be contacted about the billing.

They are not answering my emails. I wanted to be billed monthly And the ad looked like that’s what they were offering, but they billed all at once. They have exercises in there that a 79-year-old woman can’t possibly do so what good did it do to fill out your capabilities. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to cancel subscription. NOT satisfied.

After the 7 day trial I chose the $5 a month option. They charged me $70! I need a refund
