video won't play during workout. Video is necessary to ensure proper form and understanding of each movement. It worked fine for my first 30 days, now I am onto my second 30 days and it doesn't work. I have paid up front. Not very useful.

I have recreated a new custom plan twice started on day one twice but they were different workouts and it is still not creating my new plan. Message to customize new plan with my last workout being the last of the finished plan. Also it doesn't unlock next day routines and I do the same day for about 3 days.

This is ridiculous. I see almost everyone has the same problem of asking for chair and lying down exercises. Then receiving almost completely undoable workouts because of health or flexibility problems. I’m in that same group so just cancel my membership and return my money for this not so “free” app if you have charged me for it.

I am very heavy and still recovering from knee replacement surgery. When I registered I didn’t choose sitting or bed only I also chose floor but I’m hurting. Also I can’t kneel or sit in the floor because of my knee. Is there a way to adjust the app to go a step down or something?
