Scanning a SMART Health Card QR code: • Verifies whether the SMART Health Card is valid (i.e., not tampered with) • Confirms the SMART Health Card was issued by a participant in The CommonTrust Network’s Registry of trusted issuers • Displays key information on the SMART Health Card (issuer name, vaccine or test type, dates of vaccine doses or test, and name and date of birth of recipient) Businesses like bars, restaurants, schools, and live event venues can use this free app to validate SMART Health Cards upon entry. NOTE: The Verifier app only scans SMART Health Cards. It does not scan paper CDC cards. What is a SMART Health Card? A SMART Health Card is a digital or printed version of your vaccination history or test results, shared through QR Codes and issued by supported states, pharmacies, and providers. Who is issuing SMART Health Cards that are verified by the app?
