1 year agoThis app is a fraud and does not offer a cancellation in subscriptions. Speaking to apple about this and filing a fraud charge through the bbb.

I was looking for something that could translate a language in a picture, and “Photo Translate” is literally in the title of this app, so I gave it a try. I go straight to the photo feature, and it tells me that I need a subscription to use it? That’s absurd, especially since you have advertised it as part of the app for everyone to use.

The worst
I got this app to try it out and ended up not liking it. I deleted it and ended the free trial but still got charged. If they charged me for the few days I had it I might understand but they charged me for a whole year. So now I am being forced to pay almost 70 dollars for an app I’m never going to use.

Scam! There is an Un subscription button, but when clicking on it, it says i can only unsubscribe by going to profile setting or whatever it’s called, BUT THAT OPTION IS NOT LISTED ON THE APP. So now I am forced to get charge $65 this? Scam!
