I just bought a month so I could match with people but when I go to the people that have liked my profile it doesn’t allow me to like them back

It won’t let me swipe people who like me so I can match with them.

I have started and sent over 20 messages and not one of them has responded even people who have liked me never get any messages and it’s not just bc there not interested can’t be not every single one decides to not respond no I doubt it I have messaged once before never got any response from y’all?? What is going on?? I pay the app fee monthly and I also made other purchases that I am going to ask get refunded if my account does not start working properly
