2 months agoI took a 3 day free trial which I cancelled later that day but was charged £29.99. I can find no way to challenge this or contact them Al plant identifier app - Botan Can anyone help? Or advise?

4 months agoI emailed several weeks ago about a week after trying free trial. I ask to cancel I haven’t heard anything back. This app is a rip off and I want my account removed and any monies returned. It is impossible to contact you people as I have found out and read from multiple reviews.

Not worth it!
This app is is not worth it! All it does is take a picture of your plant, then do an image search and bring up Wikipedia? And about 80% of the time it can’t even identify a your simple house plant. Then, if you finally do get your plant “identified”, Wikipedia ask for money?!?! Sure… it has like 10 articles about plant care, however, the articles just recycle over and over. I felt it my civic duty to write this, and warn my fellow plant lovers to look elsewhere before you make the same mistake I did. I wouldn’t even use this app if it was FREE!

Leaving the plants.
I was trying to find out the names of growing around my property and it came up with three different names for one plant. And for many of the plants and flowers around my property it kept telling me to try again the app is not consistent and not for me I’m trying to cancel the app.

I ordered this yesterday. It took until today to recognize my subscription. So today, I took a picture of a plant and “oh snap there is a problem. I’m deleting this app and expecting a refund.
