The watch faces that are able to “download” don’t work the way they’re intended. The example will show the different things such as weather, date, steps, and time but when you go to save the photo to use as your watch face, it downloads with the “example” still on the picture so you have a time and date displayed that is incorrect. Also you HAVE to have a subscription to even browse their app, even with a 3 day free trial I found this to be a very misleading app and I haven’t uninstalled an app so quickly

Extremely misleading. It’s just a collection of wallpapers - a face is supposed to be dynamic but all WatchFaces has is a photo. They rely on people signing up for a free trial and forgetting to cancel it - this is such a scam.
Edit: the developer responds with the free trial stuff. That doesn’t mean it’s not misleading. It counts on users to forget to cancel the free trial for this useless app and pay for the year long subscription - that’s the scheme here. So yes, it does trick users. It shouldn’t say they offer watch faces, they should say that they offer watch wallpapers.

I only got WatchFaces because I want to add a dual time so I can use the military time for work and the regular time for me and as a reference and no option even the ones I can edit they don’t offer that option, they offer hr, weather, etc why can’t add two clocks and one being 24 hours and the other 12 smh pls help if not then I guess I don’t need WatchFaces

When you see a time 11:27 in the samples you may think this is a cool retro watch face. It’s not. It’s just an image of a click showing “11:27”. It will stay like that forever. You will get a “correct time” only on the upper right corner. WatchFaces build fake images of clock faces. They are static and do not change. They then superimpose the “right” time using the standard Apple “photo watchface”.

In short. You’re paying for an image of “11:27”. I’m surprised Apple lets such hoax go on.

I appreciate the amount of time that goes into making a watch face but why is 95% of the options “Premium”? There’s no way to filter the free ones only? I dont want to have to pay for a subscription. It’s like paying a monthly fee just to browse for images on Google/Bing

It’s pretty cool you have a lot of brands to choose from but I feel like you should Drop the paying and put ads on WatchFaces so you still can make money but we don’t have to pay.

I love WatchFaces, the cost is minimal for what you get. One suggestion though, you need to add a search option.

Stupid app. Basically all it is is a photo that shows on you apple watch. The time, date, and to do shows up over the picture so it doesn’t even look like the one you pick. I paid for one assuming maybe the premium ones were just messed up.

I want a refund for the premium purchase and the $1.99 for the watch face I chose.

I honestly wish you guys were clear clean and cut and just told people that all the faces are pre made and don’t actually change in real time to match just even the time and date and battery percentage of you watch. For just still photos idont think it should be $7.99 a month usage fee. But this is just my opinion.

I was not too fond of the choices. I have nothing wrong to say about it, and I hope you enjoy it. This one had more video games watch faces. The animal selection was how I expected. They offer a three-day trial so check it out.

This application tracks all your movements for commercial purposes, I recommend not using it, it is better to charge a fee for the apps than to put it for free and they track you

It is not true that to offer a better service you have to authorize the tracking

This would be an ok app for just phone wallpapers but not worth the price. But if you’re like me and thought you could get real interactive watch faces then stay away because all it is is just and image that you put as your watch face screen saver, it’s really stupid and a waste of time.

Stupid app, I feel bad for anyone paying for it. None of these are actual watch faces, just wallpapers. The ones that look like watches are just photos of watches frozen in time, which is honestly hilarious, the idea of having a clock that reads 10:30 as your wallpaper when it’s really 4 in the morning.

Adds to the watches character. Like changing images often.

Only a handful of the faces are good, the rest are trash. And they’re only images, not interactive which is why it shows the watch clock at the top. You’re better off taking a picture and upload it to the watch… same thing.

If you don’t want to pay for WatchFaces just take a screenshot of the pic and it edit it then set it to your liking

WatchFaces just offers a set of images and a tutorial on how to set the image as watch background. Misleading app title. Common understanding of a “watch face” is a layout with complications. WatchFaces does NOT provide that.

Note to app owners: consider changing your name to wallpapers since that’s what you offer.

All the faces are pictures, they dont move or have a function. Its like taking a screen shot off of a search engine and putting it as a face on you watch.

WatchFaces makes you think that you will get interactive and cool new watch faces. You’re wrong. I bought the full app and it is just a gallant of images to put on your watch. Does not add anything to the watch itself. Save your money and find a watch face on google.

You can’t do anything unless you have the subscription, they let you use a free trial but it’s meaningless because you’ll just end up paying for it. Don’t download.
