Can you explain why you need to notify me at 2 am? One the restaurant isn’t even open, two there is 0 reasoning that I need to any offers at that point.

I stop at this location on average twice a week and the manager is always nice along with the young male (always wears a Michigan mask) behind the counter who is excellent. However, the young lady (possibly assistant manager) tends to be short and agitated every time that I see her working. Today, I was charged an extra $4.23, which was listed as a tip. I did not enter a tip amount so I asked why this amount showed up on my receipt. She simply said “we do not control that, so I don’t know why” in a rude tone. I replied saying that I did not enter this amount, but you can keep the tip and she still refused to offer a reasonable explanation. Her reply was simply “Ok” with a shake of the head. This was extremely frustrating especially since I would consider myself a regular customer to this location.

Worst app
You have the worst app I’ve EVER had and I’m in tech!! The fact that I have to continuously redownload your app says a lot. Or the fact that when you update the app I lose ALL MY “points” and getting them back is a waste of time!! DO BETTER I HATE THIS APP!!
