Downloaded RomanceNovel from a fb add to continue reading. At first it was fine and RomanceNovel loaded in on ch 1 of the story from the add. I read all the free chapters and go to purchase the currency to keep reading. Only to have my progress disappear and RomanceNovel has no history of me reading that title even though I added it to the library. So I go to the add and try to open RomanceNovel through it to the same book and when that didn’t work I looked for the title of the book in the add and it told me to search for a 4 digit number. I think great now I can keep reading...nope the number in the add is for the wrong book and now I’m upset because I just waisted 2 hrs reading something I can’t finish.
Update they commented back on the add with a new number... still the wrong book. When I let them know that they deleted the post now I guess I will never know what happened to Nora Brukes.

The share feature has changed and now will not work. I have been on RomanceNovel for probably a year now and have ‘shared on Facebook’ daily to one friend at a time (so as not to bombard or annoy anyone). Since it has changed up, it is more difficult to select a specific person and then it is not giving the coins. To me this is bad business because I have purchased coins in the past to read a book, that will no longer happen. And the daily sign in bonus, I took that deletion in stride, this is not cool!!

I love RomanceNovel . I really do. For the past day to day a half, I have tried to earn rewards. None of them are working. You watch the ad and no coins. Try checking in and it says something is wrong. Please fix. Other than that, RomanceNovel is great and has a great selection.

I tried to purchase coins one time and it double charged me. It never gave me any of the coins. I have reported to them 6 times about it and they have not messaged me back a single time nor fixed the issue. It has been over a month now and there has been no problem fixed. No massage back. Nor any coins in my account.

I was really into RomanceNovel so much so I was about to share it with a friend and I never do that til I was at the end of this book and the last few chapters were not finished after I wasted my coins in a bundle to unlock the last of the chapters I am not impressed

I purchased coins to read some books I can’t find online. Problem is it won’t let me purchase any chapters instead it gives me an error issue. It also won’t let me check in for the coins.

App was great for the first 7 days. Am totally hooked on the book I was reading. It’s been over a week since it gave free coins and I’m not buying coins to finish the book. Please fix the problem.

I think it deserves one star because you have to pay/buy coin to read the books, I prefer Wattpad because it’s free even though some of the books aren’t, majority of the books are free.

I am so mad. I put money on my account and then I got kicked out of my account and now I have no coins. I was recharged for chapters that I have already purchased. I am so mad at this.
