Create an account. Download the this app mobile app and create an account for yourself and if you want, you can also include other family members. Select, schedule, confirm. Select a provider, select the vaccination you need, and schedule an appointment. Once the appointment has been scheduled you’ll receive confirmation with the time and location details. Check-in and consent. Within the app you’ll complete the pre-screening and check-in process that you would typically do on-site with the provider. You’ll Arrive, verify, vaccinate. Your medical provider will receive notification you have arrived, verify your identity and scan your personalized this app QR Code. Your vaccination will be administered and you’ll follow additional instructions from your provider. Real-time records. Your immunization records will be available within your this app account showing the date of immunization, type, lot number, and location. Works well
I too was confused by the application process at first. Fortunately I skipped the insurance part. It is confusing because some places you go to get a vaccination want insurance information, and some county run places do not need insurance info.

Amazing! Skip insurance
All these negative reviews are simply not true. Of course there will be appointments unavailable. Everybody is trying to get vaccinated. You have to stay vigilant and check back every day. I’ve been doing that for 3 days, and now I have an appointment!!! Whooooooo!!!!

Works great!
I installed the app on Friday afternoon and inserted all the details requested, related to my identity and my health. I Saturday morning I found a provider and scheduled my first shot pretty closed to me (about 10 mins) - on Tuesday I got my shot and I’ve already scheduled my second one (the second one was scheduled for me on the spot, by a human). Briefly, it worked for me: five stars!
