They blame everything on developer or the finance service they use!

I cant even count on my fingers and toes how many times I tried to cash out or delete my banking info and everything else like recieve my promo pack. Each time you chat with support ill give them a star because they always respond but thats as good as it gets. Its always josh? Which is wierd when you describe your issue like one time I had trouble cashing out and I said it would let me get to the final screen to receive my payment and it wouldn’t go through so support said let me drive and all he did was go to the side and try to cash out the same way and you said oh I think there’s some kind a problem like a glitch must be on our developers team side and he kept saying developer so I said do you actually work for the company? Because he said he had to email the developer and tell him to fix the issue which is super weird and then anytime you’re having a problem with money they always say oh we must be on the finance side it’s a different company that we use which also makes no sense. So it brings me to the realization that they do nothing the developer made Dibbs and the banker pays the people that use Dibbs so what is this app actually do? I have no idea. When I had the issue cashing out of course the side that deposits didnt have an issue going on. I can’t put my finger on it but something shady is going on it just seems too weird.

Cashout options

I have invested in two cards a rookie Joe Burrow and a Rookie Cooper Kupp card both of which have gone up in value a great deal. For an app that deals with transactions a great deal you’d imagine they’d have more than two options on how to withdrawal your money after selling assets. However, if you their payment company being plaid doesn’t have your bank. Than be prepared to pay a $15 wiring fee. It’s funny how you can deposit money via a credit or debt card but unable to withdrawal that way or even with a routing or banking number. Their customer support replies instantly and always says, “that is an option our developers are working on” however the developers seem to be working blindfolded. The only customer support representing is a guy named Josh that has to email the developers as if he’s some third party customer service hire. Dibbs has fishy written all over it, it’s essentially buying and selling an NFT just a portion of a card that you can psychically possess and if you do you’ll have to pay a big up charge from the company that holds the cards. More than the card you bought in full is worth. You’d be better off investing in stocks, crypto, or using your money to start a fire.

Dibbs Review - Do Not Get This App

I had a really bad experience using this app. I’ve tried out a lot of different FinTech apps, including multiple alternative asset apps, and I would say there’s three reasons this is one of the worst I’ve used.

1. There’s isn’t enough volume on Dibbs that make trading on here make sense. Asset values are totally random. It doesn’t matter if the card is below retail price, or if it should go up in value based on the real market. Prices only move based on a very minimal trading volume. You’ll notice almost every asset depreciates daily, besides a select few, if the asset moves in price at all.

2. There’s a fee for everything on Dibbs, and it takes a major toll on returns, especially when asset prices hardly move. There’s a fee for bank transfers, buying assets, and selling assets. I had a small portfolio just to try Dibbs , and the fees on here alone brought my portfolio down 20%.

3. Finally, the user experience isn’t great. Yes, Dibbs looks nice, but it is still very clunky. Logging in is annoying. Buying and selling assets is clunky and doesn’t make sense in certain aspects. Overall, not a great user experience.

Unless you're just signing up to get the card bonuses, I would not recommend trying out Dibbs. Even the card bonus won’t amount to much after trade fees and the fee associated with taking your initial deposit out. I would recommend Rally if you’re looking for a collectible trading platform. Do better this app.

Waste of time

Dibbs is a waste of time and money. You are much better off buying crypto and will thank your wallet. You will not make money using this. The buy/sell spread is insane. There is not enough money flowing through this platform. And not enough users. I’ve seen disasterous “DROPS”. Where the pre market purchases can take place at a more special price. Only for the price to immediately sink once to market and never get back to the pre market buy. Every single person who bought pre market lost money in that case. And it’s happened several times (LEBRON JAMES ROOKIE 100,000 pre market) I went negative using Dibbs and it stayed there. I messed around with it for about a month. My last month of investing in crypto had made me thousands. That’s where your money is at. Most certainly it won’t be found in Dibbs.

Horrible company

They don’t require any documentation to take your money. Then there are fees for everything. The cards appreciate for weeks until you buy then they depreciate every single day until you sell and then they appreciate in price. Total scam. I left the cards alone for several months and not 1 day did the price go up. I can understand if it went up and down and up and down. It never went up while I owned the cards. Legit scam. Do not down load. They connect to your account to take the money and when you go to withdraw they can seem to find your account and then after fight for over 3 hours they have a fee and then they require documentation for taxes. Well I lost money so who cares. Give me my cash you scammers! I hope they see this and realize they have been busted.

Help

First of all my app looks nothing like Dibbs at this app website on the video. I have no experience in investing in stocks, as I can tell is this is very similar if not identical. I don’t know what a pre-book is or an order. I am extremely proficient in math however I don’t understand the percentages and the other numbers. I invested $100 in a particular card but when I go to my collection to look at that card I can see it’s current value but I don’t know how much I invested in that card originally.
Geoff or someone else needs to put out a video tutorial explaining in detail how to use Dibbs . I am wanting to invest a lot more but need these questions answered before I can proceed
Thank you very much Brett Webber

Money Pit/ Unable to Cash Out

Dibbs and the idea behind it is great. The only issue is, you cannot sell your card when the market is up. No problems selling the promo cards they give you when you get started, but the cards that I actually spent money on and looks to be up in value cannot be cashed out. You’re much better off buy and trading stocks and cryptos. Dibbs seems somewhat shady. Perhaps they inflate the value so you’ll want to hold on to the card and they don’t have to cash you out, but once you’re ready to cash out, maybe they don’t have the funds to cover… just my guess. Don’t waste time and money on Dibbs. Read the other reviews which report similar issues.

Cool concept but has many problems

If you are trying to make some money off Dibbs avoid it. I trade stocks and crypto and it is much easier doing that then making a small amount of profit on this app. Dibbs can be absolutely awesome if the withdrawal fees will lower and the fee when you sell something is lower. Let’s say one of my cards says I can sell it at $80 I try to sell it and I only can get $50 out of it. It makes no sense at all. If you are trying to do this for just fun and not an investment DO IT! But if you are trying to make this another source of income stay away! Again Dibbs can absolutely be great and would be a fun way to make money but there are way a lot of problems.

Good luck trying to buy an initial offering of anything good

Been waiting for a drop and then when it happens all I get are error messages. Seems to me they don’t have the bandwidth to process orders accordingly. And now wants to charge me 15$ to get the 80$ I put on my account yesterday for this specific drop. Said they had a “bug” on the lebron card. Don’t waste your time here. Not sure if it’s being botted or not but you won’t be able to make a purchase on a hot card. At least I wasnt. Withdrawing my funds and canceling Dibbs. Keep this 15$ this app. I guess you guys need it more than me.

Unique Concept with Endless Possibilities!

I'll start off by saying I love the interface. Easy to use , informative, and to understand. Doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming. The card market is booming ,and being able to participate in ownership of highly sought cards is awesome. Glad to be part of early adopter!

This is going to blow up

This is going to blowup. Definitely something you can make some money off if you are smart and just seems so fun for the sports market community . Collecting cards is the best and this is definitely going to be one of the biggest things trending in a couple months

Clarity

I believe you should add more clarity to what you are actually getting in return on an investment. I have invested money on multiple cards, and when I go to withdrawal the figures don’t add up. For example, today I cashed out because my money was invested on a player and the value stayed pretty much the same yet each time I contemplated selling my shares the amount would change. And then a $15 withdrawal fee was the straw that broke the camels back that has me thinking twice about using Dibbs again.

Cool concept, but confusing with high fees

Great concept, but it’s so confusing to know how much is in your portfolio or what your gains are. The order book is also unbelievably confusing.

Unfortunately the fees are high too. Costs a large % to trade at all, and then you will get charged twice to withdraw any cash, around $30. Tried to get customer support help and they never followed up

Excited for the future of Dibbs but lots of issues to work out first

LOVE THIS APP

This is such a cool and unique concept and I have instantly fell in love with it. Very user friendly and easy to use. I have always wanted to get into buying and selling cards and this app has really set me up and allowed me to get into it! I would highly recommend to anyone who loves sports!

By

Everything I hoped for

this app is revolutionizing the game with this, and you can tell they took their time to do it the right way. So happy to have gained access and I can’t wait to see where this community goes

Still Not Registered

I put in all of my information, including my driver license which I was a little hesitant to put in in the first place, and I still have not been registered several weeks later.

Very disappointing experience so far, having put in all of that information - it’s been almost a month and I still have the “Your Registration is Being Processed” screen on my home page.

Great platform

Terrific concept, just needs more users to flourish. Very profitable right now if you’re patient enough to wait for people who are bored or need money to sell their stakes at market price.

By

Awesome Concept!!!

Have had Dibbs and was able to put funds into my account and by fracs of several cards. I have been waiting for this technology with cards! Great stuff!

By

Cool app

Fun, easy to use app. I like the idea of being able to buy into individual sports cards that they have in a vault or a an umbrella of cards under a player. I highly suggest as this industry is growing.

By

Talk about consumer-friendly!

Seriously, this app got it right. Huge fan of the product and Dibbs allows users to explore markets, manage their assets and analyze trends in a very aesthetic and easy to use way. Good stuff!

I wasn’t a card collector until...

This is so much fun. I put some money on Dibbs to try it and was hooked on the drops! I can’t believe how well I did on the Steph Curry Rookie card. Forget crypto or shoes. This is way more fun.

By

This app will change the game!

I’m a bit bias as you might imagine. this app offers the flexibility to collect how you want to.

From legendary drops to player buys, this app has it all 🔥

By

My new favorite side hustle!

I used to collect baseball cards as a kid, they have been sitting in my garage with nothing to do with them. With this app I can trade them and make extra $$$

By

Unique. Relatable. Clean UI.

Such a unique idea to track sports/favorite athletes with an opportunity to invest. It’s about time sports cards made it’s way to the digital world!

I honestly am still going back in forth in my head if I should give them my social security number its bs to ask that I said to the chat dude ill scan my id and whatever else that is not my social and they give me the same answer its there banking partner who needs it. I have a real fishy feeling about the ss # being needed to verify if someone is a real person? Millions of other apps and sites seem to manage verifying a account you just have to enter 3 forms for proof and not your social. So I still haven’t fully unlocked my account I get to the screen then back out I just dont know what to trust. I told them in the support chat It doesnt matter how big of a company you are when a service or company just starts operating things go wrong like getting customers ss #’s stolen because of buggy software and such, they just said your good man just give us your ss #.

I requested a withdrawal for a $1000 on March 24 2021. They said 1-3 days. Still waiting for my money. I contacted them a few times and they couldn't tell me even a timeframe on when I would get my money. They said they had to contact the bank individually and manually do it and that was time consuming. It's so frustrating. They take my money but can payout.

I withdrew $200 from dibbs almost a month ago and still haven't received my money. They say on the app that withdrawls would be processed in 3 days max but this obviously isn't the case. There is no way to speak to someone on the phone, only through a chat, and they (Tommy) always say the same thing "we are having an issue with our banking partner, I assure you your money will be there shortly, I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update" but the money never comes and he never gets back to me. But they did give me 4 dollars worth of cards for my aggravation, so I got that going for me. LOL

Real market prices of cards is way up but on Dibbs prices have plummeted. Feels like they are manipulating things and screwing people over.
