My shiftkey app will not work on my phone but works on other devices

I have not been able to use this app since day one. I have called the customer service and they said a supervisor would call to help resolve the issue. This app would be great if I could actually get it to work. Everything has been verified and all my documents are uploaded the app will not work.

Close and restart the ShiftKey app on iPhone

To resolve ShiftKey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ShiftKey app issues:

Force Stop the ShiftKey App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ShiftKey app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ShiftKey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShiftKey App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ShiftKey app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ShiftKey.

Fix ShiftKey unable to contact server/ ShiftKey internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ShiftKey » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ShiftKey » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ShiftKey on android.
