App is stuck at loading screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still stuck. Adjusted settings. Still stuck. Is there a current app issue going on?

While watching a novela the program starts the movie, but when it gets to the next episode, it will not continue. I have Vix plus so that I would not get commercials. So after each episode a commercial tries to come on and then stops, and I cannot get to the next episode.

I am watching a novella and during the episode and a commercial tries to come on and then skipped the whole episode and goes onto the next one. I’ve missed half the movie when I finally figured it out. I pay for Vix plus so that I don’t get commercials. It’s trying to give me a commercial and then goes on to the next story. Please fix this.

Please note that I continue to have problems with the Vix+ app on my firetv. Vix app goes to ads and when ads are over the whole episode is restarted! This continues to happen to me on another Vix+ program called "Dogma" 2nd. episode and several on "Amores Que Engañan" quite a few episode have the same issue. I've reinstalled it, updated twice with the same results. Felix

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ViX app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ViX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ViX app on iPhone
Update ViX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ViX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ViX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ViX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

ViX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ViX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ViX app issues:

Force Stop the ViX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ViX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ViX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ViX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ViX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ViX.

Fix ViX unable to contact server/ ViX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ViX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ViX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ViX on android.
