I don't write reviews that often but wanted to say to the app creators, that I love this app! I was swimming around looking for help with my new diagnosis and saw a video on Tik Tok where someone suggested this app. I was doubtful but the app is suprisingly helpful. I say that because I haven't found so much in one place that is as interesting and helpful. I mean there is additude magazine but I'm mostly on my phone so having all the content in the palm of my hand is great. I look forward to further improvements.

I absolutely love this app. My wife has been telling me, who’s been diagnosed a few times with ADHD in her life, that I should get tested because she is so sure I have it. She informed me signs in women are much different than in men. Since then I’ve found this app and every time I exit the app, I’ve learned so much and so much of what is a problem with me, I know it’s common in a lot of people! this app has taught me ways to cope, ways to calm down learn some more about RSD. It’s a work in progress, a rollercoaster But the tools are so useful. It’s hard for me to concentrate when, and this app gives me the option to read AND listen, at the same time. The scripts aren’t always verbatim, but not much off so it’s not hard to follow along at all. I definitely recommend! I can’t wait for the progress and see just how far both the app and I have come.

This is about the modules in the app; most make you take a minute to breathe and really guide you to figure out the “why” to help you face certain feelings. What’s happening in your head doesn’t come out of nowhere, there is a reason behind your actions. Having a reason means there can eventually be a solution! It’s not a hopeless situation that you just have to “try harder” at or continue to push through by yourself over and over again. This is huge thank you so much…
