This is so awesome because now when my parents play something I don’t like on the TV I can just switch it off and play my own thing!!!😏

This is obviously just an ad just disguised as an app because you can’t click any button more than once before you’re prompted to pay 20 DOLLARS just to get the other ads to stop. And if you’re lucky enough not to get the purchase prompt, then you’re unlucky enough to get an ad. In my experience I had a turnover rate of 1:2 clicks for every ad, but that means every other time was trying to get me to pay for this god awful app.

Someone was using this remote on my phone and they was stealing my money and everything from me so don’t let this happen to you

UniversalTVRemote is garbage as you have to pay just to use it. I have a 70” Samsung smart tv and there is no basic use when it comes to UniversalTVRemote. Just by pressing the mute button, it takes you to a subscription screen where you must purchase either one to be a “premium” user. Don’t under any circumstances waste your time with UniversalTVRemote!

Love UniversalTVRemote because my phone has no IR but literary it works on my TV thank u very much for UniversalTVRemote

What’s the point of offering a free version if you cannot use it with opting in to either pay in full or weekly? I can’t even try out UniversalTVRemote because an ad pops up with any button I click and not to mention it doesn’t even do the command you click without it prompting you to pay…

I’m searching for a FREE REMOTE to install on my IPhone, I found one on UniversalTVRemote Store and wanted to try out the free version. I can’t get it to do anything, it keeps prompting for SUBSCRIPTIONS at exorbitant rates. I want to forget about the whole thing and I’m not willing to pay ANYTHING! Do I need to do something to remove this undesirable intrusion?

I never once got it to work, and I had to put my cc information in for a free trail. I have been trying to figure out how to cancel and I can’t find the option anywhere!!! Now it’s charging my card and it wasn’t even worth a penny in the first place 😖

UniversalTVRemote is only here for you to either watch ads or pay for a commercial version. It should instead offer its price in UniversalTVRemote Store and not deceive users to download it thinking it has a useful purpose.

Don’t waste your time. This does nothing until you choose to pay for it. Sure there’s a ‘free for 3 days’ then it’s a weekly charge but who knows how easy it is to cancel. Oh well.

Paid the $20 for pro. App won’t recognize my subscription. The “contact us” feature in UniversalTVRemote is only their terms and conditions, no way to contact them. This is a rip off.

The whole app is a scam, not only do they have fake reviews but when you try to use it it just brings you to the subscription, it doesn’t work at all.

Unless you pay for subscription, you literally can’t do anything even as basic as changing volume or clicking okay. Free version doesn’t absolutely nothing.

Terrible. Whenever I tried to connect it to my tv it would show “connecting” & take so long to connect my tv to the remote. & you also have to pay ! ! !

No way to contact. Want refund because it won’t work on my tv, won’t register that I paid the one time 9.99 payment either

I purchased and all it states is to purchase. I checked my account and it did withdraw $9.99.

It's really good app work for me you don't really need tv code to setup the device or the model of all the TV and all the Device. It acts as descriptions. I used UniversalTVRemote and found it so amazing.
