If you compare eMags with others to read magazines the user experience is really awful and annoying. The magazines don’t fill the screen, and to read them is very annoying. Some pages you must scroll to sides/horizontally, and the articles you must scroll on vertical way. You feel in a carrousel. I paid for a magazine for a year, but after this year, I’ll check to read this magazine in other App. eMags need to improve a lot the features and the user experience to keep me in it. The worst, you cannot read in offline mode

While I had a small IT glitch preventing me from downloading on my iPad, I sent an email and requested some help. The service staff responded quickly, even helped me with an additional request I had that I didn’t think would be possible, and then was able to combine what my wife and I had separately. Very pleased. Only reason it isn’t a 5-star is the original IT issue...but all the follow up was 5-star! Thank you.

(1) NO overview for each copy. U always have to start from beginning if you closed that copy before.

(2) U don’t know which page you are reading. U can NOT jump to certain page.

(3) SOME pages have more so U can scroll down for more. SOME pages can’t scroll down because no more contents. There are NO arrows or any other indications to show you if this page you just turn has MORE or not. U have to TRY to scroll down EVERY PAGE yourself to find out. It is very inconvenient.

(4) You have to start from the very first page if eMags restarted. No thumbnails, no bookmarks. Who remembers which page I was reading before eMags was shutdown (may accidentally swiped up)? It takes so much time to go through all pages to where you were.

This is a VERY BASIC app designed without users in mind.

It's completely mobile friendly so don't worry about any layout problems and glitches.

App works nice and fast. Articles load quickly and smoothly. The ‘discover’ feature is great. It allows you to find interesting articles across multiple titles.

There's a great variety of options for everyone on eMags so you'll find something for you.

It has many features and options but all of them seem to work hand in hand with each other.

It let me save articles and make my own collections as well. It's always such a fun experience to use eMags.

Thinking about reading a magazine you subscribe to on a plane… not on eMags. No way to continue where you left off, your magazine will always start at the beginning. On the plus side, the images are high quality. Back button does not work so you will need to close eMags to go back.

It's so much more convenient than having to use paper magazines. Everything is one place.

App is easy to use. Customer Service is great! They responded to a mistake I made, resolved it, no hassle. Thank you.

eMags is okay, just know what you’re getting. If you want to read a magazine in one sitting while connected, good. However, if want to download for disconnected reading or if you stop and come back, good luck. Can’t do either of those, which severely limits the usefulness.

The pictures are of very high quality and the content is mind blowing. I absolutely love reading on eMags.

I am so here for eMags and all that it offers. It's so inexpensive compared to physical magazine subscriptions.

I was able to find so many magazines on here which I couldn't find in shops.

The magazines have been curated perfectly. eMags has different categories and collections to make it easier for you to pick one to read.

I'm so glad that everything on eMags is segregated because it saves me so much time when it comes to picking something based on my mood.

The cosmopolitan subscription is so expensive to get otherwise. Now I can just use eMags and read it for free.
