I loved this app to begin with. Priming myself to stick with something took me a little bit, I would start and do a day or two then it would take a week to do another one. Then I broke my foot so I took a month off. Every time I came back the programs looked a little different. I chalked it up to my sporadic sessions and it was personalized. Well now I have been doing the “fit and slim I” 25 day beginner course. I was prepared for, excited about day 20. I’m on a roll!! Open the app and everything is changed, the beginner is now 12 days, all the programs have changed!! Massive unannounced changes while in the middle of “personalized” programs is not very personal! It’s mass production that does not even begin to feel personal! I certainly did not expect one on one attention, I did expect a series of programs based on my general need. If people were asking for a smaller time chunks then you should have added them without taking away from current customers. Right now I am not happy with app!

I started using the app in March and although it had a few bugs here and there I stuck with it for over 175 days straight. Then the “updates” started. The bugs increased, whole sections of personalized programs disappeared and others were shortened to uselessness. You were left standing or in simple poses for a minute and then rushed through complicated ones. I provided lots of detailed feedback to the developer and each update worsened the program. None of the programs I was using like Fit & Slim and Master of Slim remain now. I can’t even find them in the app at all. Literally just gone in the middle of Antistress and several others. I was doing really well with my goals but now I’m so frustrated with this app I haven’t been consistent in a few weeks. Unfortunately as the feedback has never been addressed I will have to seek another yoga app for my goals. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve been using this app daily for more than 30 days. The complexes “selected” for me based on my goals are labeled beginner but there are several poses that are intermediate or advanced mixed in. Some of the advanced poses are described way too quickly and the picture does not help to show what the pose should be. Some of the pose descriptions do not match the name or the picture at all. The sequence of the asanas seems haphazard (going from lying on the floor to standing to sitting to standing, back to the floor, back to standing). I have not lost any weight but my flexibility is increasing (the poses are good for stretching muscles that are chair bound for most of the day). I read the reviews before I purchased and one mentioned “the great recipes included” - there are no recipes in this app. It’s now obvious most of all the 5 star reviews are fake. I regret what I paid for this app.
